Since when are you in a position to ask me further questions when you've not provided evidence of your initial claims? This is not a schoolyard rant here. If you want to make specific claims they need to be backed up with credible sources. Most medications and most vaccines have adverse reactions in rare cases, its the risk/benefit ratio that counts. The benefits for covid vaccines far outweigh the risks for the vast majority of people. That is my claim and those links have been provided. You don't believe me. You claim they are not safe. As per the forum rules in this section any claims you make: "Any alleged factual claims must be supported by a valid link to an approved credible source." I'll wait with baited breath............

Musk’s Frequent Twitter Polls Are at Risk of Bot Manipulation New research shows votes can be easily purchased during Twitter polls With less than $100, one can buy tens of thousands of votes for Twitter polls using bot-for-hire manipulation services, according to the nonprofit digital rights group Accountable Tech. The finding, first reported by Bloomberg, could spark new concerns about Musk’s reliance on the tool to chart the future of one of the world’s most influential social media companies. https://archive.ph/1c7Q4 https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-12-22/musk-s-frequent-twitter-polls-are-at-risk-of-bot-manipulation

Elon Musk’s Campaign to Win Back Twitter Advertisers Isn’t Going Well Some ad buyers said they will need to see changes at Twitter before they feel comfortable returning. Advertisers say they are concerned about Mr. Musk’s moves as owner and CEO, including his abrupt rule-making and controversial tweets. Just as it can be hard to separate the art from the artist, many advertisers are struggling to separate Twitter from Mr. Musk. “He has made it so that advertisers can’t avoid the association. He created that vulnerability and he continues to double down on it,” said Irwin Gotlieb, a former chief executive of ad-buying giant GroupM. https://archive.ph/rdpmG#selection-295.0-319.225 https://www.wsj.com/articles/elon-musk-twitter-advertisers-exodus-11671722594

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Bkk Brian replied to Chris.B's topic in The War in Ukraine
Russia destroying evidence of one of its largest war crimes in Ukraine. Moscow-installed authorities in occupied Mariupol have started to demolish the city's drama theatre, a local Ukrainian official said Friday. The Mariupol drama theatre was hit by a Russian rocket strike in March while hundreds of civilians, including children, were sheltering inside. It has since become a symbol of Russian aggression during its 10-month invasion of Ukraine. https://www.themoscowtimes.com/2022/12/23/ukraine-war-north-korea-wagner-deny-completing-arms-delivery-a79785 -
Why had Ukraine not been allowed to join NATO before the invasion then and why did Zelensky additionally offer Putin a peace deal stating he would not join NATO if that brought peace? How does that fit in with your theory?

"why the Trumpian populist right is consumed w/hatred for Ukraine—a hatred clearly beyond concerns about the US spending a very small portion of our military budget, or about the nonexistent involvement of American troops—doesn’t have a simple answer." Putin’s Useful Idiots: Right Wingers Lose It Over Zelensky Visit The anti-Ukraine right can’t stand America standing as the arsenal of democracy. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s surprise arrival in Washington on Wednesday for a meeting with President Joe Biden and a speech before Congress has unhinged the always-seething anti-Ukraine Trumpian right, triggering a deluge of snark and grievance. Then there was this from Red State commentator Brandon Morse, asserting that Zelensky has done much more damage to the United States than the January 6th rioters: https://www.thebulwark.com/putins-useful-idiots-right-wingers-lose-it-over-zelensky-visit/

I doubt they would trust you so all's square then
-
Has that got anything at all to do with Zelensky visiting the US to get further help to kick out the Russian terrorists that are murdering innocent civilians and destroying their homes?
-
Yea because going to an economist on advice on the Russian invasion of Ukraine is something we should all do................. If that's what you base your understanding on then its not surprising

I live in a fact based world. He was a lawyer first, then comedian who had his own TV production company with series sales to Netflix and other networks. Even with the Pandora allegations he has no where near that figure. Fake: Zelensky’s Fortune Estimated at $850 Million There is absolutely no evidence that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has a net worth of $850 million. According to several authoritative sources, Zelensky’s combined fortune could amount to some $20-25 million. Citing the Dutch right-wing populist Forum for Democracy party as their source, Russian media are claiming that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky may have a net worth of $850 million. Russian propagandist publications RIA Novosti, RT, Krasnaya Vesna, Argumenty I Fakty and others are all disseminating this story. Representatives of the Forum for Democracy Party who are close to the Kremlin are also claiming without any evidence, that Zelensky earned most of his money after becoming president. https://www.stopfake.org/en/fake-zelensky-s-fortune-estimated-at-850-million/ If you live in a fact based world prove your claims.

In reply to your questions: In the early 1990s, didn't the west agree not to extend NATO membership toward Russia after the USSR fell? No, here is some information for you: ‘There was no promise not to enlarge NATO’ https://hls.harvard.edu/today/there-was-no-promise-not-to-enlarge-nato/ "The U.S.S.R. was never offered a formal guarantee on the limits of NATO expansion post-1990," John Lough, the research associate who authored the section, wrote. "Moscow merely distorts history to help preserve an anti-Western consensus at home." https://www.rferl.org/a/nato-expansion-russia-mislead/31263602.html Your second question: Was invading Ukraine Putin's only choice of action in challenging western influence that threatens Russian security or the well being of Russians living in Ukraine or Moldova? Putin got Crimea wasn't that enough? In what way was he threatened? He claims there was genocide of ethnic Russians going on. Total fabrication. The total number of civilian casualties recorded by OHCHR in 2021 has totaled 110: 25 killed (16 men, two women, three boys, one girl and three adults whose sex is not yet known) and 85 injured (56 men, 21 women, six boys and two girls), a 26.2 per cent decrease compared with 2020 (149: 26 killed and 123 injured), and the lowest annual civilian casualties for the entire conflict period. The above includes both Ukrainian and ethnic Russians

Russia and China sign agreement to build base on the Moon by 2035
Bkk Brian replied to Social Media's topic in World News
On the dark side, they can have that. -
What agenda is that, to free Ukraine from the Russian terrorists, that one?
-
LOL, now attempting justification for his blatant bias
-
You mean where Russia refused to recognize Minsk despite signing it? Doubt that will have been on the agenda no.
-
The bias is real. Russia is rated as "Not free" ???? https://freedomhouse.org/countries/freedom-world/scores

Full List of Republicans Who Sat During Zelensky's Speech Zelensky's address was enthusiastically received, with the vast majority of lawmakers joining repeated standing ovations as he vowed Ukraine would repel Putin's army. However, a small group of right-wing House Republicans appeared less impressed, remaining seated during at least some ovations. Washington Post reporter Leigh Ann Caldwell tweeted: "During one standing ovation, Rep. Clyde (R-Ga.) was one of the few who didn't stand. When Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) encouraged him to stand, Clyde seemed to mouth 'I'm not. I'm not,' while shaking his head." https://www.newsweek.com/full-list-republicans-who-sat-during-zelenskys-speech-1768962
