  1. From the link: Poland's foreign minister criticised Germany's reluctance to send tanks. "Arming Ukraine in order to repel the Russian aggression is not some kind of decision-making exercise. Ukrainian blood is shed for real. This is the price of hesitation over Leopard deliveries. We need action, now," Its way past time for Europe to rely so much on the US, their Abraham tanks are better but too specialized and need lots of training, fuel and logistical support that Ukraine just does not have. The leopards were designed to take on the Russian T90's and are perfect. A lot of European countries have been doing what they can but this delayed decision by Germany is costing lives. There are countries waiting to donate these Leapords but have to wait for Germany's say so. This is beyond reason now.
  2. Greta Thunberg in Davos: It's absurd we listen to those causing climate crisis To open the discussion, Thunberg told the audience it is 'absurd' that in Davos 'we are listening to the people who are mainly causing the climate crisis, rather than those on the frontline'. She explained: 'We are being bombarded by messages by these people, those responsible for the destruction of the planet. https://www.theguardian.com/environment/video/2023/jan/19/greta-thunberg-in-davos-its-absurd-we-listen-to-those-causing-climate-crisis
  3. Pity the fine was not relative to his means. Still at least its now on record that Trump is officially: "a prolific and sophisticated litigant" who uses the courts "to seek revenge on political adversaries." "He is the mastermind of strategic abuse of the judicial process," he wrote.
  4. Putin: You have to pay for gas in Rubles. Europe...........naaaa no more blood money for you

  9. The Earth itself is King here, not you, me or GT, humans are a blip in the history of Earths story, get used to it.... Great way to deny what can be done. You should just tag that on all posts, your debate is over.
  10. Here's a couple more: Scientists now think the planet is facing a mass extinction Without Action on Climate, Another Mass Extinction Event Will Likely Happen in the World’s Oceans
  11. But it seems she knows what kind of nothing millions of people (all idiots?) want to see. Interesting. Interesting but sad.
  12. Ok good for you. My professional career in the UK encompassed it. There is always a reason that trigger such behaviours
  13. I never said anything specific about what she had done in China as she's not been there. However she does not have to go to a country when she can speak to them directly as she does in her speech's at the UN and other forums such as Davos where where she is now and so is President Xi, which is what I did say. Climate activists in China tend to get arrested, visa refused, young girls refused to be allowed to go back to school unless they stop, nationwide crackdowns on activism. Bit like asking why not go to North Korea I think she has been fairly busy doing what she can but feel free to tweet her and ask her directly.
  14. I didn't say she's been to china, if you press the back button you'll discover what I did say.
  15. I just watched a BBC tv news item on him, literally 30 mins ago. He was discussing the same scripted technique on how he would lure single girls and rope them in. His brother used the same. They are both as bad as each other.
  16. Again check my previous posts on china etc not going to repeat them again. Its already been discussed
  17. Yes about 6 pages ago
  18. I use Google, its not particularly complicated, you are quite capable of telling all yourself..........................
  19. She finished her education, all she did was take a gap year, check your research.
  20. He was probably aware of the video that circulated of another ex Wagner who stayed in Ukraine then ended up back in Wagner's hands getting executed with a sledgehammer to the head. The circumstances of how he ended back in Russian hands are not totally clear although there was talk of him being in a prisoner swap? Prison, war and revenge killing: the inside story of the Wagner ‘sledgehammer murder’ case
  21. Official explanation of the brief detention. “Greta Thunberg was part of a group of activists who rushed towards the ledge. However, she was then stopped and carried by us with this group out of the immediate danger area to establish their identity,” a spokesperson for Aachen police told Reuters, adding one activist had jumped into the mine. https://en.as.com/latest_news/why-did-climate-activist-greta-thunberg-get-arrested-in-germany-n/
  22. Euston shooting: Man bailed over drive-by attack at church A man arrested over a drive-by shooting at a church in central London, which left a seven-year-old girl in a life-threatening condition, has been bailed. A 12-year-old girl and four women were also injured at St Aloysius Church in Euston when shots were fired from a moving vehicle on Saturday afternoon. The Met Police said the 22-year-old man had been bailed pending further inquiries until mid-February. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-london-64277178
  23. Greta Thunberg on Abu Dhabi’s oil chief leading COP28 climate summit: ‘Completely ridiculous’ Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg on Thursday became the latest vocal critic of the United Arab Emirates’ decision to name the head of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) as president of this year’s COP28 climate summit. Asked her view on the appointment during a panel at the World Economic Forum in Davos, she said, “Lobbyists have been influencing these conferences since forever, and this just puts a very clear face to it... it’s completely ridiculous.” The presidency has sparked a torrent of criticism from climate activists and civil society organizations since its mid-January announcement, the UAE, one of the world’s top oil producers, will host the U.N.-led climate summit from Nov. 30 to Dec. 12, 2023. https://www.cnbc.com/2023/01/19/greta-thunberg-on-uae-oil-ceo-leading-cop28-completely-ridiculous.html
  24. None of your business but rest assured they are included in this list on a google search "how you can contribute to help stop climate change"
  25. If you had any logic you would know that are many other ways to contribute when not able to generate own electricity.
