Fact is the majority of the Jan 6 protesters were non-violent with huge prison terms handed out to them and it's these that will get pardons and Biden's 11th hour pardons are to protect the guilty from federal charges. If the people Biden gave pardons to are innocent and have nothing to answer for they don't need to accept the pardons. BTW a federal pardon does not protect the person from state law processes.
