    I can't remember how many litres a year small producers need to produce in a year to be legit but I know it's huge. 100,000 litres springs to mind but that could be way off. Maybe 10,000 litres. Like I say I can't remember the number. Point is I'm certain that reducing this amount buy A LOT will help establish smaller producers and boutique breweries and IMHO is far more important than advertising. Being able to advertise would of course also be good.

    Going to a brothel? So. The motorbike and the phone we don't know the circumstances and as for getting into a fight the Thai blokes stopped him from taking the bike and a scuffle pursued. Not what I'd call a fight. The Thai blokes subdued him. We don't know the circumstances surrounding this and the "article" doesn't help. Admittedly I only read the "article" once. No way I could read that twice.

    Would love to give an honest assessment on this article but sadly cannot. Be interesting to know exactly what happened. Upshot is another foreigner has died. From the short vid above the Brit seemed completely off his nut or running away from something or both. The Thais guys didn't lay into him rather they subdued him. It's not clear what happened when they had him down.

    Yes, dry herb vaping is legal in Thailand. Technically, the ban on importation under the Customs Act includes all types of vaporizers, including those for dry herbs.     Yep. Health is absolutely no reason to ban vaping without banning cigarettes at the same time. It's just BS from a non-elected government that want the tax money and protect the tobacco monopoly. I posted last week that in 6 months maybe more vaping will be legalised, taxes will be applied and licences to import will be given to mates or the Thai tobacco monopoly will control it.

    Only in tourist areas and mainly if not only tourists. The rest of Thailand I doubt this very much.

    5 years jail or a Bt30,000 fine for vaping is insane. Less for driving drunk where you put other people's lives at risk. It's all about tax and protecting the tobacco monopoly. Simple as that. Health has absolutely nothing to do with this.

    This is simply a generalisation. I stopped cigs with vaping and so have some other people I know.

    Nobody is saying that vaping doesn't have associated health problems or possible health problems. The argument is vaping is less harmful than smoking so using health as a reason for the making vapes illegal whilst cigarettes are legal doesn't hold water.

    To those on here that argued black and blue that vapes were not illegal when I posted about heavy fines and jail terms what do you have to say now. My guess is NOTHING. This whole thing about health is of course complete rubbish when cigs are legal as I have pointed out many times previous.

    Nobody can be this dumb. Voting in the US is non-compulsory. The majority of those that voted, voted for Trump that's why he won the popular vote. 1st time for a Republican candidate to do this since 2004. Of course the popular vote is not the most important. That's the Electoral College and this was an overwhelming victory for Trump including flipping the Blue Wall.

    It would seem you don't know how elections work or what majority means. Let's have a look at your understanding. 100 people are voting for either A or B. 52 people vote for A and 48 people vote for B. According to you A wins but not by a majority. Is this correct?
