Reading about Such a response and idea led to  a sick feeling  in my stomach over the ignorance.  It must be for show.  And those who brag that Thailand did an amazing job cause me similar pain.  It was dumb luck and initially the less virulent strain. I believe thai people are resistant to lung problems.  I may have had the virus in early Jan, 5 days after, a transit in Shanghai.  5 days and nights with uncontrollable coughing, fever, holes up in a condo and my GF home from 7pm -8 am and she didn't catch it.  I also had a similar but milder lung issue 2 years prior and she didn't get that either.  There must be a reason they would not follow typical and stated vaccine protocol of no favoritism.

Perhaps this is an excuse to  give the vaccine to many HISO partier people in BKK.  I'm sure they have been expecting to, and disappointed, and complaining about, not being able to bypass the line. 

I sure hope the mutated strains don't get a toehold in Thailand.  What tourist would be so desperate to travel to an outbreak area that Phuket will surely become.  With no or little quarantine.  All the influencers posting there numerous trips to Phuket and this past weeks renewal of some famous music DJ parties at some beach club that was shown all over IG .  Lots of hotties I'm bikini's but not a mask one.  It may have been outside, I couldn't tell,  but almost as crowded as any cramped rave party.  

I hope they can get things in BKK under wraps.  Worst Timing  imaginable with long holiday and it's super promotion just days away.  My woman lives and works in thonglor.  My luck the  US embassy will shut down the weekend before our K1 interview later this month. 

I saw many IG stars posting from a big beach party on Phuket. Not a mask in sight.  I'm afraid the spike is coming.  Let's hope the really bad strains don't catch a foot hold.

I think this is not something to comment on.   I'm not sure I could do 14 or 10 or even 7 days in jail. I have not seen my fiancee for 15 months.  Our relationship is strong and I feel I can achieve things here to better our future for when she  hopefully can come on a K1 visa that we think is near.  

A 4-6 week visit would cost 2x the price of 18 months ago and 14, now 10, or 7.  With possibility of hospital stay on top. 

I hope these holidays don't result in a big spike like we have seen in USA after most holidays.   This could really effect tourist numbers as well as shut down the US embassy which would delay our reunion.   Some people are trying to be responsible and listen to only doing essential travel.

Are the line timelines from friends on your list?   

In line. 

Go to home, settings(gear), timeline, manage timeline,  select category "friends".  Then slide slider to the right on everyone except special people. 

Then select category followers.  Should be blank  white screen.  Can select follow settings here or back a few screens.  Should see 2 white unselected squares.   

Also you can go to the timeline and  hide each post and all future posts by this person.  It's time consuming.

How do I know this?   I had private chat showing up randomly on my timeline 2 years ago.  

It is nice to just roll over and snuggle after.  I would say I am usually the snuggler.  Can't recall often being the snugie.  Shower after is best to prevent infections or bacterial growth.  How old is she?   So you have been back together for 4 months?  How long total?

And if on day 6 of the 7 day you test positive then what?  Forced to hospital even if asymptomatic?  For how long?  14 days or test negative.   ?

So if a person travels to Phuket and his gf visits from BKk for some time then goes back to BKK how is this going to keep areas outside these test sand boxes safe?.  How is this idea of a test zone on Phuket acceptable?  Let's say over time the hospitals become overwhelmed in Phuket and they have to close travel again.  All those travel plans by how many thousands of people wasted.  This news would put a final nail in tourism for the foreseeable future. 

With all this confusion and ever changing situation all around the World who is going to risk booking a trip to Thailand?  

#1 Delta and I suspect many airlines just removed the suspension on change fees. Delta ended  on bookings March 31. 

#2 70% vax rate in Phuket is a pipe dream as there are to many anti vax people not to mention the sinovac is only 50% effective this 70% number doesn't mean much.

#4 airfare is a good 50-70% higher than 18 months ago.  I've been looking recently and have 11 trips last 5 years for comparison. 

#5 vax rate of all countries is still so low so travel on long  international flights  through multiple airports is a risk. 

#5 CDC is worried about spike #4 in USA.  This is with a 20% vax rate.   Currently travel to or through most   all foreign countries is not advised. Local travel is discouraged. #6. Does Thailand ever hold steady on any idea long enough to trust things won't change. 

#7. Vax cards like the one I got for my J&I is a simple, easily forged paper slip. Who could verify these.  I was told to add my name later.  I could have made a copy of this document and sell it for anyone to put their name on it.  I think there will be so many counterfeit cards found in the next few months that they will all be worthless.  Most countries including USA are probably not keeping electronic records.  

I believe this woukd be a terrible experiment to do on Phuket.  Why don't they try this in BKK?  Because that's where all the HISO shelter in their hiso air purified abodes. 

Thai pride once again got in the way.   

They were so happy about low virus and the talk of masses of tourists being tricked into coming was always just 2 months away for the last 8 months.  Sas thing is GF has already been brainwashed.  She says they did this for safety.  Government not wanting to buy a  untested  or new vaccine. Only thinking of the people's health.      

My opinion is they thought sino was going to be ok if they even needed one.

I think it's so expensive here in USA.  And same prices in Bangkok.  I refuse to support SB.  But I did send my gal a gift card for b-day.    It's such a status symbol.  I grind beans daily and brew my own coffee for 10% of a SB.  I even roast my own beans sometimes. 

I think many thai IG stars post in red just because so many of the rich and influence people are chinese or of recent decent. 

Just how deep this connection goes to the CCP we will not know until to late.  But it's looking ominous to me. 

It would be interesting to get a DNA criss section if the Thai population.  I bet in the last century the Chinese ratio is up

I think a big factor  is that the economic outlook and political climate isn't looking so good

What's the word on private acquisitions of the other vaccinations?  I thought government gave approval for a free for all.   I'm hoping my fiance's HISO boss gets his workers a good vaccine. 

My county says they did 100,000 shots last week.  I think we only have 1.5 mill residents.    Scale that up 50 times would be .4 million x 50 = 20 million a month. but it took 2 months to reach this pace and it's not a  rural county.  How will tail and reach the small villages?  They will need 1000 mobile units. 

Do these numbers make sense?

How  does this report get away with saying slow vaccine procurement? 

Do they complain about this truth in the BKK post? And other mainstream media?

My county in the state of Utah says all we get the  phizer vaccine by end of May. Not sure i believe this.
