What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2024)
Pouatchee replied to Rimmer's topic in Entertainment
Mindwash (2024) gawd awful movie. i fast tracked, went back, looked everywhere... there is no catastrophic event. only catastrophe is the movie. most of the movie revolves around the main character talking to an audience we never see, this movie takes 'low budget' to a whole new level... -
there is one close to patunam... the best in thailand that i have seen. been years since i went... same road as central world. you go past sukhumvit and it is on the left... it is close to a bridge if memory serves me right. sorry i cant give you more details. if they are still open they were way better than chula

begs to question, where were the teachers in all this? didnt they see the situation escalating? snack time is supposed to be supervised... another fail for the system the boy should be suspended... but nahhhhh ... let the parents talk to each other what a bunch of loafers the school admin... -
i didnt mean anything by it. it was the title and i wont name other countries that i dont know who else is being funded or not. apart from israel and ukraine i really dont know for sure which other countries are being funded. i think there probably are many but unless a whistleblower lets us know i think many countries keep it well hidden. iran got billions a few years back not to pursue there nuclear program. i did not talk about ukraine because rather speculate about something i am unsure of i find it is better not to mention it. now there is a scandal i read about here concerning misappropriation of funds in ukraine. honestly, i dont follow international news on mainstream media because i honestly dont trust what we are being told, and more importantly it angers me and makes me sad. so please, dont read into my post anything i did not say. right now the whole thing in israel between the jews and the muslims is dividing the whole planet and it is becoming a more violent form of US vs THEM than during the cold war in the 80's. i was a teen back then and the 2 things that really scared everyone was the threat of a nuclear holocaust and AIDS. war, or the threat of war sickens me. i think humanity has better things to do than kill each other over politics or religion

damn... i guess they have an axe to grind after germany stopped buying natural gas from them. i wasnt sure whether the ruskies were still selling to them or not so i googled... i just wonder... where are the russians getting their money from? if they start to do this we might end up fulfilling einstein's "prophecy"[sic] that world war III will be fought with clubs and rocks... seeing how all natural resources are being used up in the fabrication of weapons it aint global warming that'll get us in the end gawd humanity sucks...

i just love seeing money spent on funding the war machines around the globe. there are homeless people all over america who cant afford a roof over their heads, there is an opioid crisis which requires funding to help detox these people, the inflation rate is making it more and more difficult for people to feed their kids...feel free to add to the list... who actually pockets the billions spent on weapons? the arms dealers, the middle men and the weapon manufacturers do... i think the israelis are rich enough to fund their own defense. all this nonsense has to stop. how many armed conflicts are there around the globe now? https://geneva-academy.ch/galleries/today-s-armed-conflicts it seems to me the only good business is the business of death

thank you. this is the kind of information I needed. i appreciate your help very much and this renewal thing seems tedious to me, so this is why i just gave up a long time ago. having another valid passport made me kind of lazy to renew it... but i know that if ever i want to start a business here under the "amity" agreement I will need my american passport and i will also need to reenter thailand as an american. one thing i can say is that when i first got my passport it was at the canadian consulate/embassy in montreal, so i definitely have to look into whether i can do it outside of the US of A. thanks rwilem... you just gave me the kick in the proverbial arse i needed... cheers dude

not really... depends on where you are from. Does a stove need an oven? There is a lot of confusion surrounding the above kitchen appliances as many people often refer to a stove as an oven. An oven is a chamber for cooking without external burners, a stove is a cooking appliance without an oven and a range is typically a combination of both.Aug 11, 2017 in my family we call it an oven and dont bother going into the semantics... like potato... some say potahto... no need to have an issue over such a small detail... but thanks for pointing it out british english and canadian/american english are quite different and never mind the colloquialisms...
