Those were rhetorical questions. People may claim that the police are the cause of people not following the law, but the fact that Thai people choose so often not to follow many rules and regulations unrelated to the police, suggests that it is a bigger issue than simply the behaviour of the police. There are cultural factors also.

Really nasty crime and not uncommon online. Kids have killed themselves over this kind of thing. There needs to be some sort of discussion of this in schools. Don't send sexy photos, don't let your partner record you having sex, people lie and people change.

Is the Weather noticeably hotter this year in Thailand?

Really? If the fan makes you feel cool it isn't actually making you feel cool? -
One big problem is, although it's obviously a somewhat positive outcome in this one instance, what about the fact that so many thousands (millions maybe?) Of people do this exact same thing every day. The reason he has been charged is that he was doing something extremely dangerous that led to this woman's death, but that same dangerous things is being done countless times every day. It seems bizarre that they can sentence this one person, but not take the actions he carried out a lot more seriously across across board.

But you're apparent defence of him is OK? I think you're getting a little carried away in your "all other foreigners are bad, I'm the only good one, I'm more Thai than you" shenanigans.

Haha. It's your whacky idea that we're discussing. Do you seriously not know the difference between a vagina and a neo-vagina? They don't share any biological features in common. No one is denying anyone medical treatment, it's simply not the case that trans women need to go to an OBGYN. They simply want to because it would be gender affirming for them. "I am a woman therefore I need to visit the OBGYN like other women do." If some OBGYNs want to retrain and provide neo-vagina aftercare for trans women, they are surely entitled to do so, but trans women would still be going for neo-vagina aftercare, not for standard OBGYN procedures that biological females would need to have.

I don't need to. I know the difference between a vagina and a non-vagina. They are in no way biologically the same and there is about as much logic in a trans woman going to an OBGYN as there is someone going to one for a joint problem. The only way I can imagine it being appropriate for a trans woman to go to an OBGYN, is if some authority forces them to double specialise in female reproductive systems and trans-vaginas simply to allow trans women to be able to say that visit them. Perhaps that will happen some day, sadly, but until then... This has nothing to do with being pro- or anti-trans, it's simple scientific fact.

OBGYNs go through extra training to give trans-vagina care? You know trans-vaginas are in no way the same as real vaginas, right?

You could write in one sentence explaining how an individual who has male biology needs to consult with a doctor that specialises in female biology. Unless you don't actually have an explanation. Not giving an answer and expecting people to not only follow a link, but to then watch multiple YouTube videos is the copiest of cop outs. I would consider your response having been asked to back up your claim to be "because I said so" and nothing more.

I can barely remember how I used to watch TV or movies without looking at another device at the same time. I assume I must have, but it's crazy how much "TV" (YouTube) has become the thing I have on in the background while I look at something else. I'm pretty sure we'd be fine without our devices and we could just watch the movie or the show, but having it there means it's hard not to look at.

What kinds of books, movies and TV shows do you like?
