    When I lived in Stockholm, there was a big intersection like this that they dug up four times. Once for new draining, when they were ready they dug it up for new cables. When ready they dug it up to remake the subway station. Then it was time to make bus and bicycle lanes. It was dug up for several years.

    I live in Pattaya and go regularly to Samui. Bus to Swampy, Thai Smile air to Suratthani. AA flies from Don Muang so much further away.

    When I renewed in July, I had to go there and book a time first. Lot of elderly foreigners used an agent, they drive you there and handle everything.
