I think the government like all the lockdowns and curfews as they have total control over everybody. -

I think if this is announced there will be few cancellations for Christmas/New bankrupting not only bars but hotels and supply chains. -

The U.K. has over 30000 new cases a day and it’s not on any countries Red list ? -
No tests no cases, reduce the number tests, last year the case numbers were very low but so were the number of tests. We will never know the true number of tests/cases are, the government controls that to keep the people in control. Mass gatherings are banned but there were hundreds in Pattaya for the Music Festival. From what I seen there was very little or no social distancing and people drinking alcohol, will there be a spike ?

I remember in the U.K. Fish and Chip shops put the price of chips up because of the cost of new potatoes, the price never come down again when the potatoes were old ! -
No different in Pattaya, loads of refurbishment and new bars, hope they know something I don’t.
