If they can serve alcohol in restaurants why not in a Bar, limit the number of customers the same as they do in restaurants.

Bars/nightclubs were closed in many places for months including the U.K., it was too stop people congregating and spreading Covid, unfortunately alcohol removes some people’s inhibitions so if certain rules were in place to keep the said places open there would always be a minority who wouldn’t adhere to them. Similar in Thailand where did the previous spike begin, in the Bars and Clubs in Bangkok so they were closed nationwide.

Non-immigrant Visa, London
Jumbo1968 replied to SteveMdmt's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Yes you have to send a SAE envelope, you now pay the Visa Fee with a card and the return postage is not included, you pay tracked for both send and return, the PO will put a stamp on the the envelope you put in when you send your passport and bar code letter. i did mine in April, posted on the Tuesday arrived back on the Friday. -
U.K. citizens can now only live in Spain for 3 months now then they need a Visa since the U.K. left the E.U.and they are illegible for the free E.U. Healthcare System so Thailand might be an option again.

This was uploaded by Richard Barrow on his FB, a sort of proposal forthe kids to go back to school, I doubt very much I would be sending my son back to school in the event there was a positive case identified. I had already done 14 days quarantine and no way would I want to it again. -

Can’t keep locked down for ever, let’s move on, Covid isn’t going away vaccinations or no vaccinations, over 30000 in the U.K. on a daily basis yet no call for further lockdowns. -
Nothing publicised about it, send me a link please.

BP said what they have has been allocated by the government for foreign residents, so much for looking after their own !

I contacted Bangkok Pattaya, they are not allowed to do private vaccinations, they estimate Jan/Feb 2022 and that would be Moderna vaccine.
-
They never appear to inform anyone, there was also similar at the football stadium a few months back.

How does my Thai wife register for a Covid Vaccination, she is 43 years old with no underlying health issues, I enquired at Bangkok Pattaya but they are only vaccinating foreigners, we live in Pattaya.

To do a proper Diabetes check it has to be done over several days before and after meals, I have used the Clinic you mentioned for a PSA and Cholesterol Test, they were very good.

Thanks for the info, currently neither Type 1 or 2, it was just a test I required, I don’t drink very much don’t smoke or overweight. My Father was Type 2 in later life, my daughter has been Type 1 since she was 7 now 40 years old. She is the one pushing me too have a check up because of the family history She is a Diabetes Specialist Nurse in the U.K., since I posted I have ordered a Blood Glucose Monitor to self check, my daughter will advise me the best way forward.
