    Maybe not for yours but for mine They Need a stamp. I get one from the Netherlands . Has to be Checked with ID Dated Signed and Stamped by the SSO Of whom the Dutch have an Agreement with in Thailand and Sent Back tot he Netherlands . If not done right they send the document Back to do what Has to be done . At one time the SSO Boss Lady forgot to print Her name . The document got send back to and had to do it Again .
