  1. Which market is better to have? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, that's a tough one.
  2. As I understand it, as long as you pay for them they can stay.
  3. "My sister in law went today at Samui immigration and they told her that, with the new variant, the covid extension is now 3000 thb for 2 months and no more 1900 thb. Are they right or just got more money from her? She doesnt use any visa service." So did you give her the money?
  4. What percentage of the automotive market in Thailand do you think is represented in the "Motor Forum"? You're a Toyota fan-boy, I get it, it's great product, I like mine too.
  5. No, the Fords and two of the Toyotas were in LOS Angeles. In Thailand I've had four Isuzus and two Toyotas. one of which I still have. I have replaced tires, batteries, brakes, wiper-blades and other consumables but no significant issues. Actually giving it some thought, the first Toyota I had here (3l Tiger) had to have a clutch, but the office staff was driving it by then. But for a few flat tires I never been on the side of the road here, you?
  6. But we had science and engineering long before we had words for them. Words are redefined all the time.
  7. You mean the "statistics" the journalists put together?
  8. In the last thirty years I have had two Fords, four Isuzus and four Toyotas and had not had an issue with any of them. How have I missed out on reliability?
  9. Actually Ford is the second biggest seller in Africa right behind (wait for it) VW. But yeah, if you're watching a TV show or movie about Africa you will likely see all Toyotas. To be clear, I currently own my forth Toyota, but the idea that they build significantly better or more technologically advance products that any other major manufacturer is silly.
  10. Exactly, and virtually every pickup offered here is tried and tested and will likely perform flawlessly. You can't even determine what the best value is, without knowing what is important to the buyer. For example, most everyone knows a "sport" package is typically mostly just an appearance package, yet some buy it and some don't. When someone buys the "sport" package, it does not mean they think they are getting a "sport" truck, it just means that they like the way it looks, and they are willing to pay the upcharge. Some that doe not like the look, or does not care about the look is not willing to pay the extra. To one it's a good value, to the other it is not. I say buy something you like the look and feel of.
  11. I said nothing of your ability as a welder, only that you seemed to lack any real knowledge of welding. No need to be psychic to figure that out, That you (apparently) believe oxygen must be extracted and used to weld something demonstrated that. Exactly. And I said at least fifty. If you were indeed a qualified welder you would know how little time, effort, knowledge and competence is required to do that, and how little it means. To be clear, I generally have a lot of respect for welders. Qualifications? Not so much.
  12. You didn't say "weld steel" nor did you say oxyacetylene welding, you said "weld". When you have to keep redefining the terms you use, the wheels have fallen off you're arguments. As someone who has qualified at least fifty welders, I think it safe to say you seem to know little about welding.
  13. Because you have defined science as everything, than everything that is anything needs it. yes? And again, because you have defined everything as science, it follows that everyone is a scientist, yes? You have defined science as everything, now you're claiming air is not science, how is that? And no, you don't need to find oxygen to weld.
  14. While I agree, you can't really say everything it science without saying everyone is a scientist.
  15. We had been around a long time before we had a word for oxygen, did we not have oxygen? That the word science has not existed for more than a few hundred years, does not mean we did not have "scientists", we just called them something else.
  16. I think the Ford F-150 continues to be the best selling pickup worldwide
  17. In all fairness, we had science long before we had the word, I think science is great, but I wonder how many of the people that think it's the be-all, end-all actually took (much less passed) second semester chemistry.
  18. I'm not right every week or it's not a pleasant drive every week? Yeah, when you have have diarrhea and it's pouring down rain, it is not a pleasant drive.
