  1. How id calling a NDA a legal expense a false entry. But yeah, misdemeanor.
  2. No, but it was in most all the articles that came out after the accident. And I did qualify it with "I believe".
  3. While there is an armorer, I believe the official protocol calls for everyone that touched the weapon, including the actors, to check the weapon, so I think Baldwin has at least some liability. That a tire specialist is in charge of checking the tires on an airliner does not excuse the pilot from their responsibility to check the tires as well. It is not that difficult to tell blanks from live rounds. Was Baldwin not also claiming (at least for a while) that he did not even pull the trigger, and that it just went off? A young woman is dead, her loved ones deserve to know what happened.
  4. Yeah I thought it was pretty good too, but it took a while to get going.
  5. Likely not Thais putting the towels down at hotel pools.
  6. It is typical for the poorly educated to accuse people they disagree with of being poorly educated.
  7. Frank Snyder was a partner at Lathem & Watkins in Manhatton, had a private practice in Fulton New York, and is currently a Professor of Law at Texas A&M University, and I think he sums it up nicely:
  8. Yeah, the jury gets to decide what the crime is, and even the defense does not know what it is until they come back. Yeat here you are. I do not think Trump is guilty of anything in this case. I do not think Trump had any idea there was a potential campaign finance violation, and I do not think there was a campaign finance violation. regardless of what Cohen pleaded to.
  9. You've been told countless time, quit trolling.
  10. Yep Yes there is. I never made that claim, you are either lying or mistaken But you know all this, you're just a cult-clone doing your groundhog Day Trolling.
  11. Why indeed? Because it would have been a campaign finance violation. It also would not have been reported until after the election. But you know all this, you're just a cult-clone doing your groundhog Day Trolling.
  12. What is it you think Trump is guilty of in this case? Do you think he was aware of any potential campaign finance violation?
  13. Just finished "Atlas", pretty painful. I thought Jennifer Lopez was terrible, and who told her she still looks good in spandex?
  14. Where is your logic? Trump is almost 80 and he's been well liked and doing business in New York for almost sixty years, and all of the sudden when he beats Hillary and might beat Biden all the sudden he's Hitler. Biden and Hillary both get passes for stealing documents, Trump need to be tried for treason and hung, and it must be before the election. Of course, your cult will cry "false equivalence" or some such, but in fact, what Biden and Clinton did was much worse.
  15. Yes, the DOJ does not care about prosecuting private citizens that are criminals, they only care about stopping the opposing Presidential candidate. Again, where is your outrage?
  16. He's probably stuck in a fan room eating mama noodles, but talking smack about people eating a food court makes him feel better about hid lot.
  17. I don't anything wrong with booking a table, particularly if with a group. It's the first thing I do. If I can't find a table, I don't want to eat there.
  18. That's across about ten roads and a pretty good hoof. Nice seating? I'll have to give it a try...
  19. The corporate office is in the building behind it. The coffee shop in the lobby is pretty good, if a bit pricy...
  20. Why do you think he sent them home for a week? What is it you think Trump is guilty of in this case? Do you think he was aware of any potential campaign finance violation?
