Very few realize thailand is a demecratic dictatorship, and this is what comes with a dictatorship, no free speach, but they are kind enough to give you a gentle warning with a smile, and tell you the consequences you are facing if you continue. Soft ditatorship

British Tourist Warned Over Criticism of Thailand Online
Look at Dubai, Saudia Arabia becomes the new world sports destination, things like this have never made any changes to the majority opinion or desire to travel or live in a country, as long it have some kind of benefits that attracts people to go there. Most who complain about news like this, just complain, and do nothing about it. I have not seen any of his content, so please enlighten me what I have missed? Any valid criticism he have broadcasted, or just the useal bashing?

Taxi Driver Gets British-Slapped - Who do you believe?
Impossible to know what exactly happened, still, slapping people? In thailand? A taxi driver in Phuket? Stupid! I have only slapped people around in my home country when I was younger, because I thought they deserved it, and I could without any risk, but then I grew up!

Where to buy Kettlebells in Chiang Mai
Having a full gym home in Thailand with kettlebells, I have to admit, I dont use them much. Also have a few at my holiday home which havent been used since I got used to elastic power bands. I still prefer old style free weights and machines just because of the feeling, but powerbands, the more I get used to them, the more I like it, and the older I get, I know I cant continue lifting heavy, because of the toll it takes on my joints. Still benching 10 reps 100kg bench, and 12 reps 130kg squats. I have lifted weights sinse my twenties, and if I knew what I know today, I wouldnt invested in a full gym in Thailand. Benefits powerbands take little space, you can exercise every muscle group with less stress on joints 10 Resistance band training benefits Greater muscle stimulus. ... Improved strength levels. ... Activates the core. ... Improved stretching and mobility. ... Tone and strengthen muscles. ... Great for muscle pain & injury recovery. ... Protects bones and joints. ... Great for muscle rehab exercises. https://www.litmethod.com/blogs/boltcut-blog/resistance-bands-benefits Kettlebells swing is great when young, but the older we get, we have to be more careful especially if you do not do much of stretching and mobility exercises.

Where to buy Kettlebells in Chiang Mai
I have a complete set of elastic power bands at our holiday home that works excellent. Many different youtube instruction videos show all necessary exercises. Also built myself a power band stand I can do many different exercises included squats and dead lifts, pluss a bench where I can anchor the bands and do "bench" presses. A door anchor is also great to have. https://s.lazada.co.th/s.nx8M0

This heat is brutal and my Electricity bill is also brutal.....
Fresh borehole water from 60m straight in to the bath tub, and a fan skimming the surface of the water cools you down. Add some ice cubes.

My electricity bill im not worried about, what Im worried about is how the heat restrict my freedom, and force me to sit inside in aircon rooms. So Im bailing out of thailand and make new plans to stay longer in Norway. I was going to build a new outside insulated larger garden room with my gym and also more like a wintergarden we used to have in the old days back home with large two glass insulated windows and full solar power off grid, but now rather invest in a larger property in Norway and create a new business. Going from semi retired back to working full time 8 months a year. The best months in thailand is november to end of february.

Rather cold weather than the heat, Heat is killing me, but cold I can always survive if I just have roof, dry and my clothes, Came home from 42c to 1, and it was fantastic.

What’s the rainy season in Hua Hin like?
Hua Hin is ok during rain season, still there is some fooding dowtown, and swimming at the beach is not very tempting. A jellyfish stung me during rain season, and that was the last swim I did there. But if not swimming Hua Hin is ok. What you looking for ?

Going to Pattaya for the week tilac. Can you?
For us it is not a question, but I have been touring Thailand yearly on motorbikes, and no issues any places where I choose to sleepover. Pattaya is not a good destination because of boring roads, so Any way, it was more of a question of equality, and the trust between you two. Seen many wife's with older husbands let them go holiday with their friends. Girls I used to know from tourist areas before they got married, and who Im still fb friend with.

Carry-on madness
Im sure there is some differences between the long haul aircompanies about sizing, especially the low cost operators. Lately I did fly with one cheaper airline which only included the carry on under seat, and not in the locker.
