I have a complete set of elastic power bands at our holiday home that works excellent. Many different youtube instruction videos show all necessary exercises. Also built myself a power band stand I can do many different exercises included squats and dead lifts, pluss a bench where I can anchor the bands and do "bench" presses. Hua Hin is ok during rain season, still there is some fooding dowtown, and swimming at the beach is not very tempting. A jellyfish stung me during rain season, and that was the last swim I did there. But if not swimming Hua Hin is ok. What you looking for ?
