  1. The big cowardly slug should have just asked her to leave, not kicked her in the back; but you don’t seem to have any issue with the cowardly assault, just with her getting stressed about it …. says more about you than either of them. And BTW, it transpires that the steps were illegally constructed, so she had every right to sit where they were positioned.
  2. Tricky one, especially not knowing if there will be any further points deductions, or successful appeals. Sheffield United look nailed on to be relegated, and Burnley and Luton the most likely candidates to join them. However, no team in the bottom seven is safe, with Palace on 30 points in 14th, only 8 above the dreaded drop zone … should be fun
  3. Utter nonsense, she just has a problem with men in skirts claiming to be women, and demanding to have access to women’s toilets and changing rooms, and being allowed to partake in women’s sports events; as do I, and most reasonable people.
  4. He won’t be facing anything as friendly as a taser when he gets to the front line in occupied Ukraine
  5. Once again I have to witness, and once again be the victim of, you attributing statements to me that I categorically did not make … it is called trolling, please desist.
  6. If you would be kind enough to point out where I said that the UK was still in the EU, I will apologise for my error; if you cannot, please refrain from attempting to attribute statements to me that I categorically did not make …. thank you kindly
  7. I’ve looked back in the thread, and seen his lie; but if he holds his hand up to it, it will be a first
  8. The farcical, ‘EV’s will save the planet’ drive, stemming from the liberal elite in Brussels / Strasbourg, is unravelling at pace. The second hand EV market in the UK has imploded; a huge percentage of initial purchases were from tax incentivised fleet purchases, and nobody wants to buy their 3 year old EV’s with no idea or history of battery degradation. The bubble has well and truly burst in Europe, with thousands that bought EV’s privately scrambling to sell them to return to ICE’s Thailand were behind Europe in being coerced into taking part in this appalling, failed experiment; it will consequently take a bit longer for the realisation of the utter folly to be acknowledged here, which gives any EV owners here a window, albeit a brief one, to sell their cars and get back on the gas.
  9. There's only one thing worse than wearing a fake Rolex ........ ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  10. Thanks very much for your reply, but as I think I made clear, I have no interest whatsoever in either trying or buying an EV. A test drive will let me know how one drives, which I’m sure is well enough. However, what it won’t let me know is what both the car and the battery will be like 5 or 6 years hence. It won’t let me know how easy or difficult an EV will be to sell several years hence, and it won’t be able to predict where I will be living in the future (meaning I would have to consider charging facilities when moving) A couple of friends in the UK are already worried about residual values of their EV’s as new sales slump after the initial incentives and grants that boosted early sales. We often make long (500k +) journeys to visit friends and family: we plan our journeys to stop at nice areas to let our 2 terriers stretch their legs and empty their bladders, I don’t want to start planning for recharging stops instead. So, completely unsuitable for my wife and I for myriad reasons. The Mazda Skyactive engines and their transmission systems, have a long and excellent history of reliability, whereas with EV’s, the history is being written. I don’t intend to be a guinea pig in the writing of that history …. gao ha krup, tem tank krup I heard the highway whine when I was a kid Dreaming of the long white line was all that I did. John Stewart “Wheels Of Thunder” … 1980
  11. Thanks, interesting analysis. I won’t be buying an EV myself; no startling or controversial reasons, or something I want to argue about. Just my own personal choice because of my love for petrol engined cars. Still, if your future projections have any value, I might be able to hold on and up my game to a CX5 2.5 Turbo ….. Happy days, thanks again for your reply.
  12. I wonder if this increase in EV sales is the reason that I am suddenly noticing some huge discounts on new ICE cars. I have never seen these discounts before in my 8 years here. I am on my second new Mazda, a CX3, and I only managed a meagre discount when buying it 4 years ago, it was the same with a new Mazda 3 before that. Now I can get 170,000 off a new Mazda CX30, and I think other manufacturers are offering similar discounts …. anyone have any insight or opinion about this ?
  13. You may well have a very good point there; because he has been known previously to identify as a rabbit 🐇
  14. Having dual citizenship (if that’s not another of your infamous fabrications) does not make you ‘Thai’ Claiming so does however demonstrate that you are ashamed for some reason of your Scottish heritage ….
  15. Still telling lies I see; you are not Thai, you are Scottish
  16. You need to start making constructive intelligent comments, difficult as you might find that, rather than just trolling this forum to insult anyone that posts a comment you don’t like; or you could always default to your usual ploy of reporting any comment you don’t like to the moderators … yes, we all know about your reporting history.
  17. Everything works both ways, agreed. However, any muslim in the UK would be perfectly safe if they walked into the Golders Green area, whereas any Jew, let alone an orthodox Jew, that walked into the Tower Hamlets area would unquestionably not be safe. Those that are the route cause of the problem, are those that are unwilling to accept the reality that, in the UK, at least, which is where you quoted, all the aggression and hatred is only coming from one side … guess which one ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  18. Can’t do the time, don’t do the crime; and don’t under any circumstances, treat a Thai national, especially a woman, like a piece of dirt, when you are a guest in their country. You do know he has previous do you ? A while ago he deliberately refused to move out of the way for an ambulance with its siren blaring, compounding this by giving the ambulance driver the middle finger. He’s a piece of work, and deserves everything that is coming his way …. I just hope he doesn’t breed, bad genetics.
  19. “If a Muslim walked in to the Golders Green area, especially with the Gaza crisis going on, there would be issues” …….. Incorrect, unless he was wearing one of those funny goodbye vests that some of them like to wear. “Likewise if orthodox Jews walked into Tower Hamlets, there would be issues” ….. absolutely correct
  20. World news ?? This is your comment that I was replying to: “Have you ever been to Thailand to post such nonsense?” You don’t even seem to be aware of what you have actually written.
  21. I understand your sentiment, and agree to an extent. However, I think without this kind of exposure, this guy would have somehow bought his way out of this incident. He obviously has a superiority complex, and a ghastly sense of entitlement; and he seems to have infected his Thai wife with both of those nauseating traits. Social media exposure doing a worthwhile job on this occasion; this classless, graceless, degenerate is toast, and deservedly so.
  22. My wife has just told me that a Thai news program has just said that his visa has been revoked ... waiting for further confirmation with fingers crossed Update: she tells me he has been given a temporary visa in order to go to court
