Incorrect, in my case at least. I have a 30 year lease which was scrutinised in fine detail by a very good, English speaking solicitor. It has an option for two further renewals, but it is not a 90 year lease; if it is not renewed after 30 years, it is terminated. Of course, it is only legal as the law stands at present, and I accepted when I invested that the law could change in the future, and that I will have to wear any change on the chin.

It may have been the fault of the 14 year old kid, but you could easily have avoided the accident with a split second glance in your door mirror before turning. You can be smug apportioning the blame, but avoiding the accident would have been smarter; you are in Thailand where defensive driving skills are of paramount importance.

I own my villa that I bought 4 years ago. It is in my own name, but of course, I cannot own the land; however, I have the land on a 30 year lease, in my name, which is renewable for another two terms of 30 years. I also have an inheritance clause in the house deed, and the land lease, which is also important.

Terrible event; condolences to all the friends and families of the victims. The Republicans will ban abortions, books, and drag artists, to protect children, but will continue to allow massacres like this to happen. They will probably say this could have been avoided if the 9 year olds were armed.

The birth statistics of every country in the world will show gender at birth recorded as either male or female; no other gender is recorded, meaning that gender is binary at birth. I have no idea why you cannot understand this unless you are being deliberately obtuse

You have posted this as a stand alone comment, yet it appears to be aimed at a specific person, so it doesn’t make much sense. I will, however, argue with your statement that “Gender is not binary” Gender is determined at birth in human beings, and as such, is binary. Humans are born classified as either masculine or feminine, this is binary. They can chose to identify as another gender later if they wish, or try to transition their gender, which I personally have no problem with, but gender remains binary at birth.

Is there some information missing from your post. You say that you bought the car new, and it is now only 3 months old. As far as I know, all Mazda cars come with a 3 year warranty from new, so I don’t understand why you have problem.

Firstly, very sorry to hear about the woman’s diagnosis, I can only start to imagine how traumatic it must be. However, OP, you really haven’t given enough information for anyone to be able to offer any sensible advice. The really obvious thing that anyone needs to know in order to offer advice is, what reason have the insurance company give for refusing to cover the surgery. Without knowing that, you will get plenty of sympathy but not much credible advice.
