Utter rubbish, Thailand has none nothing to halt the murder of Burmese citizens by the butchers in the Tatmadaw who the Thais consider as bretheren. The usual Thai sitting on the fence handwringing, shrugging of shoulders continues daily. Thailand's soft power is really marshmallow soft when it comes to making the right decisions for it's citizens and others .

I find post to the UK takes around 2-3 week, from the UK to Thailand around 4 weeks by snail mail. That's to my home in Isaan so it might be in the local system here for a while...
