  1. The userper of democracy needs to be in prison for his tragedy of of a coup.
  2. Thailand the hub of political complaints but try to make a complaint about a noisy neighbour or any other anti social activities and the police don't even bother to respond. Thai justice stuck in the dark ages.
  3. Brings new meaning to wherever I lay my head (hat) that's my home. Silly sod.
  4. Good to see the back of the zero bahters, chinese tourists are disgusting, disrespectful, rude, spit everywhere and have no manners whatsoever. Scum. The Nips are welcome to them.
  5. The elites and military don't understand the word democracy.
  6. It's because they can't be trusted. If the Thai man kept all the money he would spend it on Lao Khao and women. Generally speaking most Thai people are financially ignorant with the tomorrow never comes mentality.
  7. The rape rate in India is a national disgrace, you can look up the figures for yourself. These guys are mainly on company junkets, never been anywhere before and expect Pattaya to be like it is at home, barter for everything and everyone. The flight and hotel is paid for by the company and in some case's a soapy. They come for 3 or 4 days with no spending money other than what they can afford at 7. They are the lowest level of tourists.
  8. It's just laughable. They've been repeating the same old mantra for years and years and it's never worked. The clueless Muppets would know a strategy if it poked them in the eye. Because they haven't a clue about what's happening outside of the country.
  9. Any Amphur can issue the updated letter, confirmation of your marriage is still ongoing and you're not divorced, take marriage certificate and marriage registration form. The bank letter is to confirm that the account is yours and in your name only, passport and bank book required.
  10. He's so disgusting that I try not to think what the orange man baby might do. I do know he's a complete coward for refusing by bribery, to serve his country.
  11. It's reported that cold water showers are a good thing for your personal health so I believe.
  12. About time the billionaire was downgraded because he's completely useless as we saw during his tenure during covid.
  13. Other banks have initiated this 50k limit some time ago, it's allegedly to conform with money laundering laws. As others have stated you can change the limit at your branch in person.
  14. A visit to the immigration office at the border counter to ask would let you know the current requirements.
  15. Personally I think a small village in rural Thailand is one of the safest places to be. Only a moron would send a ICBM into the rice fields and buffalo sheds but then there are plenty of morons with a finger on the nuclear buttons. Fat boy in NK, Pooh Bear in China l, KGB murderer in Moscow, The Ayotollah in Tehran to name but a few...
  16. It would appear from the ministers remarks he hasn't heard of spying or other covert activities that someone might engage in to benefit a foreign country interests. 💸💸💸 Talks...
  17. Another ill conceived addition to the ever increasing number of visas. While other countries have, or are streamlining visas to enter their countries to make it easier for people, the blunderous Thai bureaucracy lurches from one piece of idiocy to another. They couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery...
  18. I suggest you go with no preconceived ideas and go with the flow, otherwise you will only be disappointed. A open mind is best especially if the house has limited facilities for sleeping, and washing yourself. By that I mean a mattress on the floor and and a bowl over your head as a shower, get more than that and it will easy, 555 Best of luck
  19. Caught red handed and the usual Thai Muppets response is deny, deny and deny so he can get the bribes lined up and be back in business tomorrow..
  20. The constitutional hub of protection of the guilty, as a court they are as complicit as the criminals who have again got away scott free in another appalling white wash.
  21. I remember several years ago a test was carried out on roadside water vending machines and the results showed high levels of bacteria because after installation they are never cleaned. I had 2 within a few metres of my condo never saw anyone ever maintaining them. As they say, upto you...
  22. I have used Wise for several years and my experience has been very positive. I can only recall 1 transfer going awry but it was successfully concluded within 3 or 4 days. 99% of my transfers arrive in seconds but last week I did have 2 that were not processed for several hours. Of course the Wise caveat stating that the receiving bank may not credit your account immediately the money is given to them, applies. In neither case was it a inconvenience to me and I will continue to use them as my preferred money transfer service provider.
  23. Another example of greed overtaking the welfare of the nations children and future...
