  1. Democracy or Autocracy ... ? It is nothing but an Autocracy disguised as a Democracy here . Why hold elections at all ...?
  2. https://spaceref.com/space-commerce/thailand-space-ambitions-southeast-asia-rising-space-sector/ The Geo-informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) is the space agency of Thailand. GISTDA aims to leverage space for the benefit of Thai citizens, and the agency is doing this in some innovative ways. When asked about Thailand’s unique strengths in the space sector, Apaphant highlighted the country’s industrial base. Thailand is home to advanced manufacturing of vehicle components, and a slew of electronics (even rumors of MacBook assembly). With relatively low costs of labor, the country makes an interesting candidate for advanced manufacturing in general. As a result, GISTDA has pushed to develop a satellite assembly, integration, and testing (AIT) center in the country, taking advantage of these strengths. Finally, Apaphant made an interesting reference to the possibility of a Thai launch site. Earlier this year, Thailand and South Korea announced plans for a joint feasibility study of such a site, and while it appears to be far off in the future, we may one day see rockets launching from the Land of Smiles.
  3. Not 1992 anymore , right . A lot of thai people voted or change and won ... I that is denied to them , it won;t go down easy .
  4. Fight against whom ? The government that controls the army ? The king and his influence ? That would mean civil war in Thailand ... and another coup . Better not . It looks like they will be taught a lesson about who has the last word in politics here ... That is ok , but why waste time with elections ... The rest of the world will just see what happens , without interfering .
  5. The EC is like Phuak (Termites ) ... Working silently day and Night to dismantle the MFP . If , ever , they succeed , Thailand will lose all credibility as an democracy .
  6. I see some Tokay and Ahia;s ... don;t they have those in SA...? Never knew that they were so valuable ...
  7. Who do they want to attack with that ? It is a toy for the generals that the thai taxpayer has to finance ...
  8. Just wait what will happen if they force the dissolution of MFP because of some inactive media shares ...
  9. He was just asking to be jailed that he can have a place to sleep and get some food ... I remember a report saying that up to 20% of Thailand's population have mental health problems ... that is one in five ... add to this all the illegal guns and drugs ... dangerous place .
  10. In this case the 8 men arrested were certainly doing this to get enough money to pay for their daily dose of Lao Khao . The real culprits are the" investors " who are acting in complete disregard to the laws , Just as Hotchilli said , find them and jail them .
  11. After the disqualification of Thanathorn and the FF party Pita was certainly aware that these ITV shares , even if inherited , could eventually become a problem for him . He took the risk and now he has to fight with political opponents ( who certainly are connected to the ruling " Elite " ) , I mean , for every intelligent person who understands a little about Thailand's political system ( change of the constitution made for a purpose ) , that was clear . After he officially is declared PM ( hopefully ) , the constitutional court will decide if he violated the constitution by not declaring his shares . THIS is where his real problems might start , as it could be regarded as a criminal offense . They could even jail him , ( as PM ) , if found guilty . Thailand is a democracy in disguise , but mostly , it is a Monarchy .
  12. A serial petitioner ... some people just like to be in the news ... A narcissistic troublemaker .
  13. Pita will most likely become PM . AFTER this , the Constitutional court will decide if he violated the law by posing his candidature as PM because of the shares .
  14. Should have asked the woman explicitly if she agrees to this kind of service before doing it ...
  15. One heavily armed trump supporter was asked by a journalist before the assault on the white house if he believes that there will be a civil war ... ' No , he said , the dems don't have guns ' ...
  16. They really should do something against all those illegal guns in Thailand . At least copy what they did in Serbia after the mass shootings over there ... Offer a reward for every gun returned to the authorities .
  17. Of course , picking up mussels every day will lead to a decline , logical ... But then again , human nature ... pick 'em up all , and then complain that there is nothing left .
  18. Yes , you are right , of course ... but show me something that is produced without pollution ...? The food you eat , the car you drive , the cement your house is built with , the sunglasses your girlfriend wears , the computer you use ... it is not possible to produce something without causing pollution at all . But pollution could be reduced to a sustainable level , but they do not want to do this now , it would minimize their profit and they ( the big polluters ) , are just too lazy to change their profitable business model . They need to feel pain before they will move .
  19. They will find the driver ... he will probably claim brake failure and that he was too shocked to stay and call police or an ambulance ... deja vue ...
