When I was young , I was poor , but more happy than today . Now , being old , I own too much ... too much I have to care for . That means I have to spend a lot of precious time to keep things ( in good condition ) . I would prefer to spend this time on something else . " Downsizing " is the word for me now . Just what I really need . And not too much . Time is becoming more precious the older you get . And I do not want to waste it caring for ' things ' .

I own a chinese made Huawei P30 phone . Best I ever had . Waterproof , good camera etc . China can produce good or very good quality , if an importer orders this . But the price to pay is higher , of course . Most importers look to maximize their profits by ordering the cheapest junk . Many times it is the importers greed that is at fault for cheap quality for the consumer . Good quality comes at a price .

Xenophobia at it's best again ... Keep your land , I do not want it anyway . It is some kind of philosophical question if somebody can 'own ' land at all ... Yes , one can pay for it , buy it , put it in their name , but it will only be ' their's ' as long as they live . After they died , somebody else will be the ' owner ' . If you are old already , same me , I could only use it for a few more years , until I die . Is that worth the effort of buying ? I doubt that .
