  1. Travel with both passports. Attend immigration after you return for transfer of visa information and any required stamps such as reentry permit stamp. This can be done anytime.
  2. Have you already used "60 day extension to visit wife" . When will you have the 400k. It only needs to be in bank for 2 months. If you kill off your non O by exit Thailand and obtain SETV that means you start the process over. You would need to obtain a non O and subsequent extension. Very messy and somewhat costly. Bad plan.
  3. It's obvious Refused entry at land border you have option. If refused entry by Thai immigration via air upon arrival you are flown back to point of departure. Can end in world of pain
  4. If flying visa exempt that would be be mistake from AirAsia check in chick. Don't doubt your account. Just for other readers this is an outliner. AirAsia will insist upon onward flight flying visa exempt Saigon to Thailand.
  5. That is incorrect. Immigration OFTEN ask for TM30 screenshot. MANY threads re this. Here is one https://aseannow.com/topic/1294130-exempt-visa-extension-denied-because-of-no-tm-30/
  6. You have left it very late. For folk on visa exempt entry or tourist visa do not need to do anything regards TM30 UNLESS they plan to attend immigration for a 30 day extension. Knowing that prior to check into a hotel you ask if they do a TM30 and can provide you with screenshot of filing . You are going to Laksi. The document check chicks will most likely ask for your TM30. You have backed yourself into foolish situation.
  7. Seriously you are asking weird questions. In this forum folk just repeat what they read..eg "avoid female immigration officer" . You have been given lot of advice in various threads. Push the boundaries and accept refused entry. It's not holdem poker.
  8. You mean Laksi IT mall..Bangkok ? They will ask for a TM30. Read BritTim post above.
  9. Plenty of good agents in Pattaya. Go to Maneerat Soi 13/2 (Soi post office) and have a chat. Agents don't charge for a chat to discuss options. If you are in Jomtien then Tic Tok visa services is an option.
  10. Where are you located in Thailand. It might be best to chat with an agent re any non ED visa options. Won't be cheap.
  11. Buy a PE (elite) visa ... OR "Way under 50" obtain a non b and get a job. Can't do that then obtain dodgy non ED visa with an agent . You have back yourself into unrealistic situation imo. Good luck.
  12. No it will not. Seems you are asking about 30 day extension to either tourist visa or visa exempt. Which immigration office are you using for extension?
  13. You do not have choice. If refused entry at Thai airport you would be returned to where you departed from. I might sound heavy handed however unless I'm confused ... thinking you have asked about back to back METV with month in-between. No can do imo. What's it about? Thai gf .. You cannot stay in Thailand ongoing. Generally using various tourist visas and visa exempt entries. Yes you can stay ongoing for one year + . Have suggested previously that time spent in other countries is good idea. Vietnam would be my pick. Few days doesn't cut it if extensive history in Thailand without time out.
  14. There has been no change of requirements for extensions based on retirement. Couple of years ago there were 3 (?) one page forms to sign. Basically aware of overstay laws etc. Have not understood any of your posts. Here is thread specific to Jomtien. https://aseannow.com/topic/1248798-non-imm-o-retirement-extension-jomtien/
  15. It's the other way round. Most expats living in Thailand can provide a TM47 or rental agreement etc for annual extensions. However for tourists obtaining a 30 day extension most immigration offices will require a TM30.
  16. You have posted good advice along with pics..... However stating that "it's just semantics" in regards to "VISA Extension" is wrong.. Visas cannot be extended. Folk obtain an extension of their permission of stay. That can be based on various grounds such as based on retirement, based on marriage etc.
  17. A METV allows stay in Thailand of almost 9 months. You are asking about back to back METV with one month back in Oz between the 2 visas. You won't obtain any guarantee on Asean Now. I think it's a crazy plan. https://aseannow.com/topic/1125420-it-finally-happened-denied-entry-at-bkk-on-metv/
  18. So you do this since you visit Thailand and need to attend immigration for ....?
  19. @Red Phoenix this guy as a road map for TM30
  20. 3 posts about nothing The OP clearly outlined his situation. Nothing to do with your posts
