  1. Not too sure if "9 or 10 years " is accurate.. However the back to back visa exempt entries with ongoing stay in Thailand had serious crackdown in 2018/19. Many refused entry at Bangkok airports for visa exempt entries ongoing. Even in recent times folk posting about fly out of Thailand and fly back visa exempt same day. Ridiculous.
  2. Accurate post however doubt some folk will acknowledge reality. The more common one is "more than 180 days in 360. Both nonsense. Rule #1 don't trust Thai consulate/embassy sites. Lot of poor information.
  3. Often it is ... As per this thread. Move along to the other posters that have pointed out the "rule" you quoted is out of date and a nonsense. Similar to the 180 per year. Won't reply again. Waste of time.
  4. Thread locked. Bickering and baiting and troll posts.
  5. OR,.....OP may request to close the thread.
  6. Along with (in many cases) somewhere to live.
  7. That's not the case. Visa exempt entries with short period spent outside of Thailand draws attention. Your account is very unusual given your history of travel to Thailand
  8. Nothing to do with TM6 as was always required.
  9. Don't understand your post. He doesn't need to visit Rayong. He attends the immigration office where he is staying. He needs to obtain a screenshot of TM30 from the accommodation where he is staying. Obviously obtains TM7 + photo Copy of TM30. Photocopies of basic pp pages. Photo page, latest entry stamp, etc 1900b
  10. A sensible post in a tax thread! Unusual
  11. OP, apply for the extension couple of weeks prior to expiry of current 30 day stamp. You may require a TM30.. Which immigration office?
  12. As is you quoting MFA. Surprised with your experience you are posting that nonsense. The snap you posted from MFA earlier is farcical.
  13. OP, be aware that if you feel your concerns have be covered you can ask for your thread to be locked.
  14. Thought as much that's why I asked about your age. Back in the day I would use visa exempt entries and the old triple entry tourist visa. Obtained mine in Saigon. I was already 50 and my last tourist visa the io at Saigon consulate said . ...."you live Thailand why you no have non O visa"
  15. Assume at the time you were clearly under 50 and had never had non O based on marriage. Out of interest what did you do after the warning
  16. Covid in some ways doesn't count. The Thai gov provided amnesty and covid extensions... The fact that you have never obtained non O volunteering or recent ED visa...to me seems you had bad luck. If you plan to obtain a 30 day extension to your visa exempt entry then think about a SETV for next entry.
  17. With only a 3 week stay in Thailand followed by one week out you should of have no issues to enter again visa exempt.
  18. The OP stated..... " I ended up only being in the country for about 40 days over the last 6 months..." Hardly "living here"
  19. How did he show this "website" Flop out his phone. There is no such rule regarding max 90 days per 6 months on visa exempt or other type of entry. He can request an onward flight however that is very rare. When were you last in Thailand? Your account seems strange.
  20. Archaic is good word to describe BB regards bank statements. Kasikorn does it on the spot (does take some time) The Bank Letter should be ok up to 7 days old. CW also like to see "activity" on day of application. Some folk make small deposit
  21. Do I understand you correctly.... You had to provide onward flight for the eVisa application? This thread concerns onward flight for airline at departure.
  22. You can. Takes about 20 min all up. Note SCB does not have branch at CW. The banks open at 8.30am at CW.
