1 year extension TM7 query
DrJack54 replied to Toolong's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Blue. Which immigration office. If you download form print it double sided to be on safe side. Grab blank spare of TM7 just in case io has any silly hoop. -
Could someone post link to eTDL class. The one I found just asked couple of simple questions and gave me a pass and Q code. Can't be the correct one. Ta.

Re entry permit at Suvarnabhumi Airport

Agree. Folk should note that the reentry permit office is immediately other side of immigration. You can see the office from passport control. -

At airport would have taken 15-20 mins. -
Visa run by air
DrJack54 replied to TheLaughingMan's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
She has to go through immigration and back through immigration. One hour will not be enough. Also returning she needs a boarding pass. Airline will require onward flight. Which airline? Also good luck getting a friendly welcome from Thai immigration at airport on return. What is her recent history in Thailand. -
Extension on 45 day visa exemption
DrJack54 replied to FrankThePlumber's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Yes it will be an issue especially if it's a route from nearby country such as Vietnam, Cambodia etc. Flying with carriers such as AirAsia etc the airline most likely want to see onward flight within 45 days. You can buy "onward flight" from net companies. Not expensive. -
The point being missed is that if someone is aware of their particular immigration requirements then go for it. If two pages is acceptable fine. I'm replying to some random guy (OP) asking about the TM7 form. No big deal to print it double sided to be on safe side. I would recommend same for all double sided forms eg TM8. Here is snippet from just one immigration office guidelines. Samut Prakan. Q: When I download a form, must I print on two sides of the paper? ANSWER: Officially you must print on both sides. This is because sometimes your signature might only be on the second page.

Re entry permit at Suvarnabhumi Airport
DrJack54 replied to rocky123's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Yes. They also do the form etc for you for 200b . Personally refer to have it with me all filled in. -
Surely 2000 is a typo.

Yes I know what is required .... I was replying to the guy that stated this ...... "I recently had stamps transferred to a new UK passport at CW, supported by an embassy letter supplied by VFS. Nothing else required" First up there are other things required as you pointed out. Also there is now more than one post apart from the OP , stating that for using money in bank method that now CW are requiring bank account details for stamp transfer. If this is across the board at CW then that's a new requirement. Something that I certainly did not provide some time ago.
