No. You have a permission of stay 30 days. Can be extended by 30 days

Shock !!! Uttaradit Immigration Now Using 'Local Office Policy' To Charge For Transfer.
Thinking that's a universal feeling throughout expat community. Maybe someone will start a thread in suitable forum ... "Pet hate (annoying) thing living in Thailand" For me (not in order) TM30, TM47,.... inconsistent requirements.... Best stop there. I'm sure folk could add to the list.

I have learnt to disregard almost anything from Nonthanburi. So you are stating that after attending immigration to have stamps transferred that for your next annual extensions you were required to provide ....what exactly. Surely not copies of all old pp pages. FWIW here is snippet from form requesting transfer of stamps

This thread has gone off track. It's about a change of policy for transfer of stamps to new passport. Charge wise. This is free at most offices. Some have thrown in posts re charge for certificate of residence. Next there will be posts re dual pricing . If folk want to post about charge for stamp transfer at their particular immigration office... great.

You are referring to different thing. The OP is about transfer of stamps from old pp to new. Your posts refer to "certificate of residence" For most immigration offices the transfer is free. Not so with COR

documents to submit for extension of retirement visa
Marriage extensions are made using money in bank method OR income method. You seem to be using money in bank method. That method only requires the 400k in bank 2 months prior to application and during under consideration period. Why are you concerned about funds in bank other than the 2 months required.

documents to submit for extension of retirement visa
So much about nothing. Kasikorn is one of the 3 banks that WISE do transfers to Thailand up to 2 mil baht. They also have branch at CW. They can also do yearly bank statements on the spot, however takes solid 30 mins. I suggest obtain the annual statement day or 2 prior.

Why would you choose SCB...One of the few banks that does not have a branch at CW..

Which copies of pp did you provide. I'm going to CW tomorrow to do this. I have read couple of reports CW and another that the IO required bank book. Was never needed previously.

Retirement Visa Extension
Don't understand this thread . Some folk going to in depth chit-chat re fillable forms etc. My experience since this was required at CW the io pushed them in front of me. I signed and did nothing more. Talk about a storm in a T cup

Retirement Visa Extension
No....he was referring to a FD account. The funds can be withdrawn at any time the penalty being loss of interest.

documents to submit for extension of retirement visa
The OP has been far less than clear... He stated earlier .... "Thai wife is somewhat confused because she wants again to go city hall for copy of our marriage certificate etc.. It is my first extension as a retiree and our marriage is no longer a factor" Anyone's guess. My thinking is previously using extensions based on marriage from a non O . Why move to based in retirement is Anyone's guess. Thus thread is like extracting teeth.

Will do. You are not being clear. The requirements already posted by @TylerBKK Seems to me you are asking about "chage from extension based on marriage to based on retirement " I asked earlier to clarify. If that's the case you will need your Wife with you and proof you are still married. This is required for the previous extension

documents to submit for extension of retirement visa
So to be clear....you have previously obtained extensions based on marriage? Now you plan to obtain extension based on retirement? Your wife will need to be with you on day of application. Subsequent extensions based on retirement the wife is not required.

Which immigration office? Using money in bank method or income method? Is this your first extension

Non-O retirement visa was extended, but entry stamp was not
Your point... My last post.. "Seems you have stamp for permission of stay till Feb 13/ 2025. You have zero issue."

Non-O retirement visa was extended, but entry stamp was not
Your posts are confusing Post current stamp from most recent extension. Seems you have stamp for permission of stay till Feb 13/ 2025. You have zero issue. If you wish to exit and reenter Thailand you need to obtain reentry permit. You can do that at your immigration office or airport upon departure. That permit will have expiry Feb 13/2025.

TM30
It is very clear, change of tm30 rules june 2020 that in your example it is not required. There are few immigration offices playing their own game.. Outlined here in OP specifically 2.2 https://aseannow.com/topic/1169664-thai-immigration-announce-changes-to-tm30-reporting/

Switch from 1 year extension based on retirement to work permit
Some posts from ubonjoe in this thread. https://aseannow.com/topic/1227491-change-from-non-o-to-non-b-without-leaving/

TM30
You entered with a reentry permit? If that's the case you do not need to make a TM30

Retirement Visa Extension
As far as I'm aware most immigration offices require this. Including CW. Which office do you deal with that does not insist on these 3 forms

No. To apply for the Non O with the 400k in your bank on day of application. That process is outlined in link I posted earlier. The fact that you have a Thai bank account in your name only makes it easy process in your situation . As for time constraint you can obtain a 60 day extension "to visit wife" from your visa exempt entry. The option of obtaining the Non O in country also good option.

You have an option of entering Thailand visa exempt exempt and obtaining non O based on marriage at immigration in Thailand. Assume that you have a Thai bank account in your name only. Here is a thread that outlines that process... https://aseannow.com/topic/1315828-visa-exempt-to-90-day-non-o-spouse-visa-conversion-in-thailand/
