  1. A TM30 is not required if having left Thailand and reenter with reentry permit or same visa (eg multi entry) Read the thread I posted earlier. The one with pic of TM30. specifically para 2.2
  2. I renewed my pp couple of months ago. Had visa info and stamps transferred at CW. NO TM30 required
  3. TM30 has nothing to do with TM47 unless you are changing address.
  4. Over peak season Jomitien were requiring a TM30 for what you mentioned. More recently, reports of TM30 were not required. Who knows with that office..
  5. In this attached thread read the OP. In particular para 2.2 Rule re TM30 changed June 2020.
  6. Here is example of bank letter. Just show to your bank. https://aseannow.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=786616
  7. Sadly you are dealing with CM. Seems that office requires you to file TM30 upon return. Forget the urgent need. File when you can. Pointing out 2.2 in the OP of attached thread won't help. Rogue office. There are others that have ignored TM30 rule change June 2020.
  8. As I mentioned earlier...you may have success with Kasikorn without bank requiring a certificate of residence. If banks insist upon COR that can be obtained at local immigration office.
  9. Is this a wind up. When the non O-A is issued it has a period of validity. Every enter to Thailand prior to visa expiry you will be given a 12 month permission of stay stamp. Hence if you exit and reenter just prior to expiry you will be stamped for 12 months POS. One rider is that you need to provide another 12 month health insurance. What don't you understand!
  10. Here is one thread. There are numerous.. I posted explanation of how non O-A works in attached thread. You need to do some reading https://aseannow.com/topic/1303949-apply-for-non-o-or-non-o-a-visa/
  11. The non O-A was not the best choice. Since she has the non O-A she will require ongoing useless insurance for every extension. This forum has zillion threads of folk exiting Thailand to "kill off" their non O-A. Then renter having obtained a non O based on retirement from outside of Thailand or by entering visa exempt or tourist visa and obtaining a non O at local immigration office. That enables ongoing extensions without the need for health insurance.
  12. I repeat....is your mother's plan to "retire" in Thailand and remain here? Simple question.
  13. It's not clear your mother's Long term plans. If she plans ongoing living in Thailand then the non O-A was perhaps not the best option. If it's for 2 years then fine. If longer, then extensions to a non O based on retirement is perhaps better option as no insurance requirements.
  14. Read @Liquorice post where he states the following..... "You are aware you can stay in Thailand for up to 2 years with the 0-A visa, before the need to visit an Immigration office to extend her permission of stay"... Yes currently she has a 12 month permission of stay. Non O-A is a multi entry visa. Every time she exits and reenters Thailand she will be stamped in for 12 months for the validity of the visa. If she exits and reenters just prior to expiry she will receive another 12 months. Her need for extension will be in a couple of years if she wants.
  15. OP, with a non O-A visa (show eVisa printout) I'm sure you with find Kasikorn will open an account. Which immigration office.
  16. https://aseannow.com/topic/1287181-90-days-report-new-address/ https://aseannow.com/topic/1220603-changing-my-address-do-i-need-to-notify-any-agency/ https://aseannow.com/topic/1182696-change-of-address-online/
  17. Since your 90 report is approaching I would suggest doing the TM30 and TM47 on same visit as soon as the report window is open..
  18. The reentry permit desk at BKK is after security and just prior to passport left side Zone 2. At DMK the office is just other side of passport control.
  19. My first 7 years in Thailand I was out in almost every month. So never did a TM47 till covid hit. The problem with not having done a TM47 is that it makes obtaining a certificate of residence very difficult and at CW impossible.
