You should be ok for the weather in NK/CK/Loei. If you are into sky walks (it is scenic anyway) a relatively new one outside Chiang Khan, in CK instead of turning left towards Loei go straight on, it is probably about 20K on your right, the road eventually joins up with the CK to Loei road, with a couple of left turns. Enjoy
