Can you please explain the rational behind your idea that someone supportive of others receiving their right to due process under the law should somehow become personally responsible for those who have that right of due process returned to them?

You are confusing allegations in the affidavit as fact. The affidavit came after the arrest, it is the arresting officers account of the incident. Put simply, one side of the story.
