Use Article 44 for that. Here's the translation: woof, woof, woof, bark, woof 44, bark.
Thai dogs speak in hong hongs so woof woofs and bark barks would go right over Thier heads.

Thank you Mr PM. Esteemed leader, does this mean that you will start shifting all parked cars from the very few bicycle lanes that scatter CM so people can exercise in safety?

1000 baht rentry fee plus this fee means that your not so budget Air Asia flight to one of the neighbouring ASEAN countries is going to cost an extra £50 or $60 USD.

Give it a couple months and everyone will be at it. Wait till then and you can join in and feel like a true local.

Pai's walking street is the only one I've seen where cars, busses, pickups, songtaews and motorbikes still drive up and down the street when everything is in full swing and jam packed with people. It's a joke of a place for that.

Isn't this just a law change to allow big agro businesses and building companies the right to legally hire migrant workers without a WP?

Vote buying? Sees everyone up in arms over the increase, so he opposes it to make it appear he's on the side of the people. Maybe this is just me being cynical.

Surely you can break the law by accident? If this happens one expects punishment in the form of a fine; court approved and honestly administered. One does not expect a demand for 500 baht as I was yesterday by a cop who pulled me because I wandered out of my lane, not knowing the road & being 400 kms from home. I paid a reduced 300 rather than surrender my licence & have to return to collect it.
This new law will merely put up the going rate for police bribes & do nothing to reduce the daily road kill.
You sure can break it by accident. Doesn't mean you didn't break it and don't need to cough up.

With the name of the event being what it is wouldn't it be a right laugh if it was held anywhere other than Thailand. Ahahaha

This is just news so Thailand can bragg about a famous person coming to the country. Sounds like an article you'd read on the Onion.

It's a puppet award, how has this made the national news? Thailand also crashed out of the football at Asian Games in a group consisting of Bangladesh, Uzbekistan and Qatar. Don't remember that acheivement being mentioned in the news.

The fine is already adequate. Problem is there is zero enforcement of the rules. The only time I see enforcement of the laws is the setting up road blocks, mostly in very dangerous places such as super highways, and most are just looking for some farangs to fleece.

Isn't the point of these new rules less to do with teenagers having sex and more to do with preventing students from gathering and talking about things they shouldn't.

Why don't they test all foreign teachers?
What would the test consist of?

Legalise all the taboos in Thailand that they go after but are hidden in plain view. Gambling, drugs, prostitution. It's all happening. Legalise it, control it and remove it from the control of the gangsters. Or could it be that the people running these illicit taboos are the people in power - monks, police, army etc.

Good on them. As said in the previous commenters post, this is the responsibility of authorities. The masses still have some responsibility in keeping the drains clear by not flushing anything but poo and pee down the loo, dumping in water ways, pouring used cooking oil in the drain, etc etc.

I have a feeling that the powers that be agreed to this just to try stop the gathering on August 26th. The complex is there to stay and so are it's residents.

You cannot pay an odd jobs man by the hour. You pay per job, much like how a freelancer works. So, if you agree a price of 300baht for the job and it takes 30 minutes you pay him 300 baht, if it takes 3 hours, you pay 300 baht. Once he is done with your job what's the chance he's going to pickup more work once he's done? He also has to drive there, supply the materials and do the job. You'll probably paying more than your neighbours but I'm sure no one thinks you're rolling in cash for paying a fair rate.

Just because your elephant pants don't have the elephant print on them it doesn't mean they're better than elephant pants. Actually calling them meditation pants is probably worse than elephant pants.
Many expats live in Thailand on less than 45,000 baht a month
