I am....Maybe 2 yrs ago I was told I couldn't because I was working away from Thailand too much. Accountant says father must be in Thailand 6 mos a year to qualify. For 2019 I'm making Thailand my official residence by getting a retirement visa in LA. Not being officially married is also going against me. Waiting till I sign pension papers before I make it official.

My tax lady says only kids living in US, Mexico or Canada makes it easier for father working overseas to claim. Thinking about using TURBO tax as that system may not ask as many questions.

after the Mate left you should have heard the <deleted> from the guys because the Mate used the term "boys" He meant nothing by it but you'd have thought the Mate said something derogatory.

They are still working at it, they are putting a huge amount of tanks in for the live seafood so i can see this place being very busy in the future.

One major improvement......they have removed all the speed bumps the entire length of the concrete road!

I'll be back in Phala soon, will be grilling everyone for directions to these places, on the high seas for the last time.

Here's the deal, Barr appears to be a pretty smart, successful, savvy guy. From what I've seen he's way ahead of the knuckleheads trying to make him do what he seems to know he doesn't have to. It's great fun watching him outwit the wacky dems.
