Here's what bamboo has: Vitamins B6, E and K Potassium, copper, manganese and zinc Fiber, protein, low calorie, polyphenols ( antioxidants )

I really don't know how much of any slave trade is operating in Thailand. IMO you don't either, unless you are partaking of the same pleasure you are preaching from your pulpit about, and handing out questionnaires afterwards.. Poverty, and culture. I would have to say Thais are the most cheerfully promiscuous people on the planet. All I can say is my diet worked for me, going from 93 kg to 78 kg. I really doubt if it would have worked as well eating potatoes, rice, bread and noodles as you suggest. "Dairy Home" organic yoghurt says no added sugar on the label. Even Greek yoghurts contain lactose. IIRC there is one Meiji? yoghurt which is labelled 0/0, which I suppose means no sugar, no fat. Beware of skim milk, it is actually enriched in lactose.

I think I speak for quite a few when I say we enjoy ourselves with the variety of females available in Thailand, then settle down with one we think is special. AFAIK Russia's best troops have already died or been wounded in the invasion of Ukraine, and the Russians are hastily calling up manpower out of ethnic minorities from far-flung regions.
