How often do you check your aorta?
An EKG differs from an ECG in the probes used. The ECG consists of sticker pads attached to various locations of the chest. The EKG has some sticker pads too, but a moving stainless steel probe is used in combination with sterile gel to record the heart beat from various angles. AFAIK the ECG did not detect my enlarged aorta. The EKG did, and I was sent for a CAT scan to confirm the EKG diagnosis.

How often do you check your aorta?
A clinic in Chiang Rai will do an EKG on my aorta for 3500 baht. It checks for abnormalities. The gold standard for checking an aorta is a CAT scan with contrast. I don't know what that costs here. The average diameter of an aorta is 35 - 40 mm. Mine is 53 mm. If it gets to 60 mm, I will need surgery with a stent installed.

Ex-MAGA Fans Reveal What Finally Made Them Dump 'Disgusting' Trump In Damning Ads
So you think free speech includes the right to incite insurrections, or urge your followers to harass , intimidate and assault witnesses, jurors and court officials. Just how <deleted> in the head are you?

No more than you do. Try as I might, I can't find any Congressman or Senator on the Democrat side of politics claiming Harris is a menace to the Constitution.

The Death penalty your opinion
How about you quote my post in full, instead of cherry-picking the bit you are choosing to mount an attack on? The Innocence Project in America claims thousands of cases of wrongful convictions. Presumably that includes people who have been executed for something they did not do. The causes of wrongful convictions in the USA include incompetent defenses, and concealment of exculpatory evidence by prosecutors looking for a good track record. Saying I have no empathy for the victims is a cheap shot. How would you feel if you were marched to a place of execution, knowing you were innocent? Are you saying it doesn't matter, because the number is so few? While you are adjusting your self-awarded halo, perhaps you could answer this question: The homicide rate in America is 6.5 victims per 100,000 people. In Australia, it is 0.74 victims per year. Why do you think that is?

Tim Walz: The Unexpected Strength Behind Harris’s VP Pick
I'm sure we will. Conspiracy theorists and fruitcakes. What Trumpers don't realize is ordinary people are heartily sick of the name calling and denigration. They want positive candidates, not whiners. Clinton beat Trump in the popular vote by more than 2 million votes. Biden beat Trump by 7 million. I don't know if you see a trend here, I certainly do.

Goldman Sachs says Comrade Kamala is better for economy. She can't even do communism right!
I call the poster HSI. He She It. These days, no-one knows the gender, or even if it's AI. If it's AI, the designers did a really sh!t job, as it seems to be incapable of learning anything.

Kamala Harris supports the Radical Trans and Homosexual Agenda
Dog-whistling homophobic sh!t from a troll. Just another feeble attempt to throw mud at Harris, hoping some will stick. Unnecessary with Trump, he's covered in it already. Self-applied.

Liz Cheney Endorses Kamala Harris, Citing Threat of Trump
You should be banned from forums as a Kremlin troll spreading disinformation. On topic, Liz Cheney is one of the few Republicans with integrity, who called out Trump's insurrection for what it was. It would not surprise me at all if she was appointed to a Harris government position. Good bipartisan politics, and very experienced.

16 year old Thai girl dies of ketamine overdose during sex
How the hell does a 16 yo girl get her hands on ketamine? It's an extremely dangerous drug, probably only available through hospitals.

I rely on memory sometimes too.

Or Taylor Swift fans, after she called Trump a sack of sh!t. No danger of the MAGA's being brainwashed, no cells there anyway. I guess you want Joe McCarthy back.

Class Reunion.
When I went to a class reunion, I could only recognize one person. Most seemed to know me. i just could not connect their faces with the names I knew. I can remember being amused by one guy who claimed to have a Ph.D. in fine mathematics, when I knew he had done a few years in pokey for embezzlement. I decided reunions were not for me, never went back again.

Petrol Station Scam in Bang Rakam Caught on Video, Goes Viral
It's quite probable the rules were evolved in a time when there was more risk. For example, cars had generators, not alternators. It's a given attendants sometimes overfill vehicles. Most of the time, the vapor dissipates harmlessly. The culture here seems to be one of not following some rules. Which makes the sight of Thais dutifully wearing masks, on scooters without helmets, quite comical. It took me three months of nagging to persuade my GF to wear a helmet. Now she does it automatically. I am probably much more risk averse than you. That comes from working in a profession for many years, with chemicals that were so dangerous a single moment of carelessness could result in serious injury or death. I'm still here, i know several who are not.

Aussies now need an ETA to enter Thailand
I am wondering if the ETA is required before boarding an aircraft to Thailand, or if it is a surprise sprung at Immigration. I was once in a situation at Madrid. I had been assured by the Spanish embassy in Canberra I did not need a visa, as I was only there for five days. On arrival, I spent an uncomfortable couple of hours in a small room with two members of the Gardia Civil, complete with sub-machine guns. When it comes to bureaucracy, I remember Einstein's remark about there being no limits to the Universe and human stupidity, except he was not sure about the Universe.

Petrol Station Scam in Bang Rakam Caught on Video, Goes Viral
The #1 rule in most Western countries at a fuel station is to switch off the engine. Rules are not conjured out of thin air, they are there for a reason. Risk management. While refuelling a car, gasoline vapours escape. They are heavier than air, and can travel considerable distances - more than 10 metres. Obviously, you live in a perfect world where no attendant overfills the tank of a car. I get it. You live in a country where people are stupid. They don't switch off their engines at petrol stations, or wear helmets when driving scooters. Therefore, that entitles you to be stupid too.

Or perhaps you could grow a few brain cells, and comprehend your actions are placing yourself, your family, and others at risk. You can't bear to be without AC for the few minutes it takes to fill your car up? What kind of snowflake are you?
