    According to the report, there is no CaCO3 there. It's all calcium sulphate. They don't do an analysis for ammonia, NH3. Using Occam's Razor, the copper corrosion is most probably galvanic. What with aluminium, copper, brass and stainless all in the mix, there are multiple opportunities to create a battery.

    Er - gypsum is actually calcium sulphate dihydrate. Bear in mind if there is any ammonia in the bore water, that will attack copper too.

    As no-one can predict how long they will live, IMO it's pretty stupid to try for zero, unless one aims to top themselves on the day the money runs out. I aim to look after my GF in Thailand and my son in Australia when I am gone. There might be no point to being the richest man in the cemetery. However, being broke and still alive isn't my idea of a good time.

    Please. It's CaCO3. If you have scaling on the copper, that is only to be expected with hard water. If you have corrosion, there's something else going on, such as galvanic corrosion.

    Bear in mind you should limit the power to 10,000 mAH, more and the airlines won't let it on board. You also need to check the powerbank has the right connection for your iphone. Can't help with where, I bought mine in Oz.

    Correct on McArthur. W,R,to Patton, I was talking about events subsequent to the slapping incident, when Patton said America would be better off finishing the job, and taking on the Russians while the American army was in Europe. That got him demoted to an administrative position. In hindsight, maybe he was right, before the Soviets could develop their own nukes.

    I object to it because it is wasteful, and creates obesity in those with little self-control. As America is well known for consuming a disproportionate share of of the world's resources, I should not be surprised by your post.

    I had an excellent coach, he restored me to being competitive in scratch events. Sadly, he has passed away. Any pro can be a coach, IMO the OP would be best advised to find one who has formal teaching qualifications. Sorry, no idea where they are in Thailand. The three basics of golf are grip, stance, and swing. The rest is training muscle memory on the practice range, until it can be transferred reliably to a round of golf.

    IIRC, both Patton and McArthur got fired for talking out of turn. America seems to be able to find good commanders, Eisenhower and Schwarzkopf spring to mind. OTOH, Gerasimov and Shoigu do not impress. Surovikin seems to be their best at defence, and he's been fired.

Here's a test of your claimed knowledge of Pseudomonas. IMO you probably Googled the bacterium after I posted it. Under what conditions does Pseudomonas metabolize nitrite to nitrate and nitrogen?
