  1. Maybe those sex workers are of a kind that don't have a period at all.
  2. I think the problem with Zipmex isn't just that people left their coins in there, but let Zipmex borrow their coins in return for (promised lol) interest payments. The interest rates being so high that they actually screamed "HIGH RISK!!!", but some people just got greedy and couldn't resist. Then it blew in their face.
  3. Let's face it, they could just print it right there and then and hand it to you, instead of going through the EMS delivery process. THAT would be a great experience. That's especially true for Bangkok, where they only issue CoRs to those who've done a 90-day report there, so their full address details are already in their system.
  4. Why a wealthy French guy would choose to live there, I have no idea.
  5. Bizarre. He does realize that he will be dead first and foremost, right? What will happen to his body at that point is pretty much inconsequential.
  6. Once they allow withdrawals, won't the equivalent of a bank run happen and bankrupt the company? I don't see this end well for the gamblers involved.
  7. Ah, those old goats, it's simply ridiculous. And the headline should read "Rebel MP", not "Rebel PM". Big difference.
  8. I'm happy to see that Dr Yong is on the case.
  9. Oh dear. Just look at the interest rates they offered. It should have been obvious that there's substantial risk involved.
  10. Sad to see how this once great country turned to such a polarized hell hole.
  11. I wrote visa, I didn't write extension. I'm well aware that retirement extensions are often approved on the spot.
  12. Sorry but you can't claim that you prepared carefully, but at the same time didn't realize that there's an under consideration period. I've never heard of a non-immigrant visa being issued on the spot, there's always an under consideration period. Same with the bank letter. When was the last time anyone didn't need one? Having to go one floor down to obtain one also doesn't exactly amount to a bad experience, more like a very minor inconvenience. All that being said, thanks for your report and I mean it. It will help others to come prepared.
  13. Most land borders have reopened already, but with the ones at the Myanmar border, they still seem to be closed (at least to those who haven't obtained a visa to enter Myanmar). Border runs to Laos, on the other hand, work fine.
