  1. Gormy McMullan was/is a loyalist Protestant, a member of the loyalist terror group; The Ulster Volunteer Force . One of the groups the British Army and Northern Ireland PLOD treated with kid gloves, if not actually using as thier defacto allies during The Troubles. As he was killing Catholics at Loughinisland, he was never charged. Surprise Surprise Surprise Do the tabloids you read, not mention these facts?
  2. Meanwhile daddy bought an AR 15 ... a gun designed to hunt humans. uh huh yep. More responsible gun owners in action.
  3. Boeing plane bombing, March 3, 2001, real or just a warning to the T Man, one person died because of it.
  4. Prince Vlad has Donnies back. I'm feeling the love.
  5. John Wilkes Booth was a leftist?? 😐
  6. You got that info already? Wow .... any links on that? Or just BSing and what fun.
  7. That rice was sold in the US, in the 1990's. First at Asian marts like Viet Wah or Uwajimaya. By mid to late 90's the suburban yuppie marts had it. Perhaps repeated 'misunderstandings' with high grade Thai rice bags (Thai Hom Mali Rice) filled with a lower grade of rice, reported a couple times on old Thaivisa, has taken a toll. Otherwise no need to introduce, just make sure the buyers get the product they paid for.
  8. I wonder how many came through Thai Immigrations on the passports of the 14 other countries sold to crims by the Russian mob.
  9. The New York Post article. A Murdoch publication with even lower standards than FOX Media, if that is possible. Explains why there is little other news about these "allegations" & for that matter why it gets posted up here.
  10. Trapped in a Bangkok ASQ Hotel, Coffee was my only hope.
  11. Did you hear that on FOX "News" or was it a Tabloid? As reliable accounts do not mention that at all. Still if you want to spout BS, this is the time to have at it. Right wing ratchet heads are obsessed by Baldwin. Guy's best movie was twenty five years ago - woops - thirty five years ago; Miami Blues, but I have heard, the skits he did on SNL caused outrage & gnashing of teeth on the right. Crazy? Yeah. However it does give right wingers something to scream about as pedophile pizza parlors fade into the right wing group howl sunset.
  12. I haven't. It reminds me of Manila, forty years ago; pure 3rd world. Knocked a chain off my old bike 6 months back because of a hole & metal plate. Locked up the back tire and skidded to a stop. All in all, lucky I wasn't run over by the car behind me.
  13. Thailand used to let you buy at the duty free on arrival. My booze was over 40 % cheaper at King Power. Even better, you could then show a domestic ticket & have it wrapped, tagged and carry it on your next flight, to your final Thai destination. Even if you were heading over to Don Muang for a flight. They cut the wrapping & tagging for your next flight last year They want you to buy booze in Thailand at Thai shops, not at the arrival duty free. Always the money. Always.
  14. Same. Money from a Mutual Fund deposited to US bank and once they said funds were available, I tried to transfer. However Wise said (warned) funds would not get to my Thai branch for FIVE DAYS. Never had that message before. Tried again in a couple hours and went through immediately.
  15. No need to pretend you care about taxpayers in foreign countries. However, as a US taxpayer, this is money well spent. $200 billion over two years for the US, so 0.5% of GDP per year to see a war that should have lasted THREE WEEKS, drag on over years, more countries joining NATO, Russian military exposed as a laughingstock and suffering hundreds of thousands of casualties. As long as Ukraine wants to fight we should support them. Cheap money for all the damage it's done to Russia's (and Putin's) standing in the world.
  16. People were voicing concerns about this kind of tourism in Chiang Mai, back in the mid aughts (or naughts). Twenty years down the road & they have progressed to a national level. Not that they will do anything but at least problems with Chinese tourism are now talked about.
  17. Totally irrelevant to the subject. You only surmised he was a football fan. Why? Not at all irrelevant. A resident at my condo put his car into a tree two nights ago. He had been watching the Euro fixtures & glop baan buckled. Easy to make a connection with that & the Pattaya miscreant. BTW Lucky for our guy, it was on the drive, not the road or the BiB might have been involved. Now, how about man up?! Note Thistle did not have the best of seasons, you don't see us mewling. Aloha
  18. Total BS guesswork. From which country do you think he is a fan? Maybe he was just told that he had cancer and wasn't feeling too good. MAYBE! Looks like I can't comment on it. The post was deleted. It's always something, UEFA makes a complaint, footie fans offended, WOKE mob objects to implied meanings, but you never know the real reason.
  19. A candidate for our time. Maybe, I'm so stoked Hulk Hogan & Bubba; The Love Sponge, were able reconcile & drop the legal fight. Hulks sex tapes, banging Bubbas wife Heather. Followed quickly by ‘Hogan Knows Best’ reality show getting cancelled, as Hulks then wife Linda filed divorce papers & pretty PO’d about it all. Nasty, sure, but something any candidate in todays world might face. At the end of the day, Hulk & Bubba made the switch & dumped the b----- . Just so happy Hulk & Bubba reconciled. Bro love, it’s a beautiful thing.
  20. The military knew about this rice for a decade; since the 2014 coup. Yet they chose to let it it sit ... potentially rotting, but for what reason? They did not want to get money, to give back to the farmers? They felt people would recall how Yingluck was blocked from selling the rice, by the judicial coup, in the year previous to the real one. Somehow this would appear a victory for Ying & Reds?? We do know they had no problem, not to sell and make money for Thailand. I really have no idea but another of those Thai cultural stunners. A deep seated vendictiveness, so powerful that they would rather it sits, potentially rotting, & do nothing. That hurts the entire country, just no real idea where their heads are at. More Coffee .... Too Early ..
  21. Just discover that did you ...... However Did the USA invade? And that was what you were claiming they 'would have done' Better review the Cuba missile crisis & Bay of Pigs for that matter, if trying to use it justify Russia's invasion of the Ukraine. Ignorance or feigned ignorance, is no excuse. Aloha
  22. Cuba has been communist since 1960, with Russian support & military equipment. Yet you think the United States should have invaded? Fascinating and very enlightening to understand how you look at the world. Whilst invasion is popular amongst those with a communist authoritarian oligarchy mindset, glad the US for all its faults, did not invade Cuba.
  23. Some here cry crocodile tears for the US taxpayer. Not me. This has been money well spent from my perspective. It's like $200 billion over two years for the US, so 0.5% of GDP per year to see a war that should have lasted weeks drag on over years, more countries joining NATO, Russian military exposed as a laughingstock and suffering hundreds of thousands of casualties. As long as Ukraine wants to fight we should support them. Cheap money for all the damage it's done to Russia's (and Putin's) standing in the world.
