im living in thialand probably 17 years or 18. when i came here i was getting 1000UK pounds and it was around 45K baht. Life was great tbh. I could do almost everything i want. If i remember correctly Leo was 35baht. I was again almost the only farang in Khon Kaen. Plus i was young nowadays things are really expensive. 45K is not enough for a luxury life. Most likely will only save the day. My salary is higher than 45K now but again its not good as 17 yrs ago. Also prices are really high after covid. Sometimes i watch youtubers telling how to live in thialand with 250 baht per day or similar things. I just laugh at them because i know its not true and impossible.

sad. once i witnessed someone wanted to getting marry with a 16 year old girl. he was more than 35s for sure. They were trying to translate some documents from the family letting them marry. The little girl was playing with him and he was so serious next to him.. sad..

i have noticed some really annoying things with Grap. Mostly food 1) the map is wrong. My driver always use a way which is not on grap map. I asked them about this and they told me there is a direct small road both for cars and bikes connecting the main road and the road in front of my house. The distance is around 500m. dont know how much money it is. 2) many grap drivers try to dont give changes. They always say transfer/scan please because they dont have enough money on them.. But when i tell them they can transfer to my bank account they usually shock. 3) Grap usually shows another house probably 100m away from me. So far never showed my house for 3 years yet. That house is a company house. Again this adds more money to the distance. 4) Some restaurants dont read your notes about the food. few more things but didnt want to write here.

1 or 2 overstays will not effect you. i know someone who made it his habit. im not sure how many times but one time they refused to enter thailand. dont know the official refuse but Io told him he has many times overstay.

im having some problems with my ears for 3-4 months now. Its still the same issue and level since it started but lately i just started to get annoyed with it. It also started to disturb my sleeping. If anyone had the same issue or similar or any ideas please write down. Thanks So few months back i was sleeping and when i woke up in the middle of the night i noticed my right ear is blocked. Well it was not disturbing my hearing or else but it was like numb or blocked feeling.. i was sleeping on it so maybe it was numb thing. Then the next day same thing again.. And the next day same thing but this time my left ear. This also started right after i use my headphone with computer. Because of online meetings i was using it 5-6 hours per day for 3-4 months. That can also another cause. i often clean my ears with ear cotton. So ear dirt was my last cause. i started to observe the issue: - stopped for a while after i stopped using headphones but started again probably 1 month later. it still might be a reason tho. - no water inside for sure. - i also tried to clean my ears more deeply using ear cotton. Sometimes it helped sometimes not. In some cleanings i had brown ear dirt and sometimes nothing. It helped get back to normal sometimes and sometimes not. - this thing happens only when im sleeping and when i sleep on it. When i wake up it get back to normal sometimes in few mins and sometimes in hours. If its numb thing.. im not sure i always sleep on them plus it started almost same time for my both ears... - when i check with my finger it has some wet feeling. im not saying like water comes to my finger. But its like sweaty feeling on my finger because of hot. - its not effecting my hearing but the feeling is really annoying. - started to happen every night for the last 1 month. - i also noticed sometimes it gives some very very little pain like pulse rhythm.. - i have no balance problem but i must say i started to feel little bit dizzy these days and sleepy and tired. - i have mid-ear infection since my young ages but it never bothered me and its like almost dont have it. Plus this is happening to my both ears not only one most likely i will visit a doctor or do ear cleaning thing. If you have any info about ear cleaning please let me know (what to do, not to do, whats important, etc.) thanks again

im 100% sure cops were know about this man and the car before. i dont believe they will stop him randomly. the only thing could happen is maybe he was drunk and driving really bad and they had to stop him

he will be your witness like saying yes you live there or being there or etc. im not sure you have to pay him for this or not but i would at least buy a lunch and some drinks just to be polite. if he asks money for the service it sounds logical. he is doing an official business by going with you and being your witness as the leader of the village. dont think it will be more than 1000

hi probably it depends on the work. For me all i need is my own documents (passport / academic degree / TM30 / 90 days and my military past documents) and documents from the work i would say nothing more than 5-6 pages.

now it seems you are not living in thailand and want to enter thailand time to time for a few months and live in your country for another few months. if this is correct: i would get a multi non-o because you will not use it like abusive way they wont say anything to you and let you use it. What i mean is.. you will come here and stay 2 months and you will come back again another 2-3 months later. you wont leave and come back in the same time. no need to worry. get a multi non-o. when they see time between your leaving and entry they will understand your not abusing the visa. and they wont even ask you questions. this is exactly how my friend working off shore doing.
