Hi, this is exactly what happened to me in covid times. i was divorced and asked my ex to show like we are still married because of covid. she agreed. the thing is no one (immigration) will not know you are divorced unless you or she inform them. Normally the day you divorced you need to go to immigration and will get 1 day to leave the country if there is no kids. If have kids you can change your visa and can stay. what i did is i stayed on my non-o for another 2 years till people can fly again. I went to airport and when i was leaving the IO told me i still have date in my visa so if i will come back i can go to the IO in the immigration and make it re-entry. i simply told him i will not come back so no problem. left the country. i got my non-b working from the thai embassy. no problem. i entered thailand no problem. now the problem started when i went to extend my non-b at chang wattana.... the lady was ok with all paper work from the work and everything. she was almost going to stamp it then.. ta ta.. she noticed that i had non-o before and she asked me where my wife is now and not with me. i told her its non-b not non-o so why she needs my wife, and she answered me she needs to connect or link the visas. no idea what its or for. But later i found out that they simply dont want to get tricked by some way (which in my and your case we were trying lol) well i told her that shes in another city working. for some reason it must be her best day and she asked me if i have her Id and our marriage certificate with me. luckily i had photos in my phone and i asked her if its ok i copy them now and she said yes. I must admit i was lucky. dont know why and how... just lucky. if she was not in her good day i was overstay 2 years plus other charges such as illegal visa (i used agency to get my other 2 years extensions) the moment she asked me where my wife.. i felt like i started to see things black.. i felt i have a fever.. i felt the game is over... But like i said i was very very super lucky. she took the documents and extend my non-b for another year. with all the power i left in that 5 min i asked her if she is going to need my wife again for the next year extension she said no, it was only for this time because i changed my visa by leaving the country but not in the country... or something like that. so... there will be no problem till you leave the country. you can leave safe. BUT in your next extension for any kind of visa... be very very careful. they know... it will haunt you, sorry. Most likely your not cancelling visa will be a problem and they will ask to see your wife OR want to see marriage certificate.. good luck

dont know the earliest but this was the documents i did: - passport details copy - need non imm visa - old driving license - residency from immigration or from your embassy (eng lang is ok) - health certificate from any clinic (150-200 baht) - watch the 1 hour video online and save the QR code that was it

my 90 day was on 7 april i did it online 1 april i got my new 90 days report via email 3 April i got a warning about my 90 days will expire on 7 april via email. i ignored.

without seeing inside cannot say or cannot give any suggestions plus what i see in the photos and what you draw seems not same place.. in the photo your house has an extension to left.. but not in your drawing.. at this point i strongly suggest do some google search

purpose of the post? anything about renewing your license? asking about docs? report?

if this is your first time overstay i dont think will be any problem but if this is your habbit they will not give you visa anymore.

got 5 years and expire date is my birthday

get the termination letter form the school. the last day on it is your last day dont forget. get your work permit to the labor office and cancel it, with the termination letter. then go to the immigration with the termination letter.

UPDATE: so i checked the nonthaburi land and transport office website to watch the video and also do the online booking. It seems the booking is full for the next 3 months. Watched the video for 1 hour. Saved the qr code showing i watched it. Today i went there in the morning. 2 lines; for the people who has queue and for the ones dont have. I got into that one. They started to take the queue one first at 8.15am after waiting probably an hour it was our turn no queue. Now while waiting in the queue some stuff gave people a qr code to watch the video to save time. When inside if you watched the video they give you white/brownish queue number. And it will be your turn after theu are done with the queue ones. Everything happenning inside is in thai. So follow things good if you cannot understand. Then you go to document check and then some visual test: color, colors on the right and left (this one is tricky because the machine designed for asians and when you put your face into the machine you cannot see the colors at all. Your head is too big. And the last one is braking test. Then taking your photo and thats it. I would say after opening doors... everything finished in 2.30 hours. Stuff is very helpful. Cannot speak english but really helpful. There was this farang having some document problems. I dont know the problem but he was shouting to stuff and asking for the big boss.. dont know how it ended. Things are so easy.

this is something i dont understand.. i dont mean you. but ToT is a telephone or communication company. like AIS or True and other phone companies.. they are not internet companies. you guys need to understand that these are phone companies... now 3bb on the other hand is internet based and focused company. so i suggest you to go and get 3bb TODAY! im using 3bb for 17 years... i really think its the best internet in thailand. im paying 900 (something like that) for 1GB internet which is double time of your speed... its service is great... all fixing is free if you have any problems.. i have people (and really a lot!) in my village where im living keep complaining about True or AIS internet... i have NON!!! since 17 years... PS: now you mentioned that you forgot to ask the builder to make an internet connection for the house. probably you are talking about LAN connection to all houses with a connection like phone line.. well if you already forgot to mention that.. its too late unless if you dont want to re-build some walls again to your new house...

Well, by pre booking if you mean cannot do the license in the same day... yes. When you are there its already crowded and they will give you 2 or 3days later option.

Hi My 2 year driving license will expire in april and i want to renew it with a 5 year one. I will go to transport authority of thailand in bangkok (i probably wrote its name wrong). So i got my residency certificate from my embassy (my embassy because nonthaburi immigration dont give residency certificate anymore To anyone). But of course for some stupid reason its in english (dont and cannot understand why its not in thai, this is thailand and i think its so stupid not to do certain documents in thai). So my question is do i have to translate it into thai and go to the minister of foreign affairs and get a stamp from there? Or by some miracle transport office (place doing the license) will know what its and accept it. Thanks

its up to that you will come back or not. both options i dont understand why you just dont cancel it in a proper way. just being lazy for a 10min thing to do? if you will come back, yes it will haunt you in many ways.. visa, new work permit, tax, etc.. if really not come back its totally up to your working place. they can sue you internationally. but its like 1 in a million situation. if you leave thailand via land cross, most likely they will not let you go without a job termination letter. happened to my friends. but many people say no problem if you fly. suggestion: if there is no problem (sounds like there is because you just want to go away) do the things in correct way.

this is what happened to me: i bought a pc game for someone using stream (its a game platform) using my debit card. well there was a problem and i asked for refund. Stream platform did the refund but i had nothing back in the bank account so i contacted to the bank. they told me i need to send them the order and refund email or any document showing the refund. I did. they paid the money back in a week so i suggest you to contact with the hotel and get a refund paper. and give it to the bank. suggestion: you paid using debit card. Also paid in cash. So just email to the hotel with the screenshot of debit card charge and your receipt paid cash. and give them your bank account. they will do the refund in a week too. thats better.

Im at the nonthaburi immigration. They just told me they dont do residency anymore and must go to my embassy. This is for all nationals. She told me this is for 1 year like this already.... @DrJack54

Yes, actually i just asked one of my friends who got his residency from nonthaburi IO. He told me exact same thing. He told the IO if he can get it the same day and IO told him yes for 1000 baht. He got it in 30 min
