I just noticed today. Compared to AIS 2999 baht for 1gbit, true online seems a better bargain. Plus, it comes with Enjoy HD package for TV and 20gb / 300min talk per month sim card.

I paid $10,000 USD in Chiang Mai for five implants and seven zirconia crowns. It was all extremely professional, painless, and I was treated very, very well. It was worth every baht. The teeth were entirely gone and my grill was a mess, so I'm extremely happy with the results after more than a year now. For a couple of disintegrating molars I used a local hospital for two zirconia crowns, a fraction of the price Elite Dental at Pantip Plaza would have charged. Too bad the local hospitals don't do implants. Osstem. Yes, I know you can go to India or Vietnam, but I much preferred the slow, careful approach here and really don't need the money anyway.

Any Irish bar will not have ladies who bother you. Finnegans on Soi 4, for instance. Any pub (such as British pubs) will also not have ladies who bother you either.

If you want something a little more highbrow, then join the Press Club (or whatever it is called).

If you want to meet regular middle class folks, best to join a club of some kind - like sports or other activities. Tennis always seems to strike the right mix of people.

Yet when she's speaking English it’s at least a couple of octaves lower.
 
And after 6 pages of this I have been observing Mrs G’s speaking patterns a bit more closely. The same phenomena seems to be true. 
She was on a video conference call in English with work last week, everything as you would expect, finished that and immediately went into a webcam chat with her sister in Thai.

Why anyone wants to have their jaws drilled and implants inserted is beyond me, it's unnatural, the risk of contracting hepatitis/hiv is rife, crikey what's wrong with dentures, ceramic, metal and Valplast, your partner will never notice and with the savings you can go on another holiday.

Are you serious? My close friend owns a few pharmacies. He told me he pays as little as 10 Satang per tablet for some medications produced in factories in Thailand; provided he buys about 5,000 at a time. At 1 Baht each, that is 90% profit on some meds! I don't think my friend sells anything at 1 Baht each, more like 2-3 Baht (or 180-270% profit).

I don't disagree with improving one's quality of life. However, perhaps you could explain the distinction between addiction and dependency.

Dependancy is a term for those truly dependant for pain relief and not getting high for the buzz

Of course there is some blurring of the lines but you get the picture
