  1. For what...........I'll Bingle him.
  2. So will it be 1000/6 = 1666 per month. My Mrs spends more than that at Makro per month. Can it be accumulated? How will anyone without a phone get access to the money? What are the geographical limitations on spending this money?
  3. You were lucky. Quite often you cannot upgrade Windows 10 to 11 after changing hardware without contacting Microsoft.
  4. Same here, probably longer. 4 quid off ebay, upgraded to W11 on 3 PCs, same number as it is connected to my Microsoft Account.
  5. Yes I did, but did not really understand. It is an iron/steel rod embedded into the concrete ground slab of your house, into which the rebars of the supporting columns' rebars are connected, no? The rebars in all columns of my house go into concrete blocks, so would that suffice if the ground cable from my fuse box were connected to one of them please? By the way, I do have earthed sockets throughout my house, with a thick cable connecting to a 2 metre steel pole driven into the ground.
  6. Earthing electrics, Earthing your electrics, taking life seriously and clairvoyancy, all in less than 24 hours. Are you trying to tell us something?
  7. At what time and place was this meeting? And who is John Edwards?
  8. How do your photos show that he is capable of fitting a new on/off switch to my kettle? 555
  9. By House Grounding, do you mean via the steel frame of the house? Seems the most practical way, to me.
  10. Use the pink fermented milk, some plain yoghurt and add raisins, dates, nuts etc. Brightens it up a lot. And who the 5..k can put Confused on my statement, what are you confused about?
  11. Do you mean to join all the grounding stakes, one for each a/c, now one for the washing machine together, externally with a green/yellow wire? Not very practical if one is at the front of the house and another at the back, with a couple on each side. I have heard that grounding via the steel frame of the house can be done safely. The stakes should be at least 2 metres into the damp ground.
  12. Granola is very expensive in Lotus. Twice the price per kg than the 1kg bags of German mueslis, which has gone up from Bht 200 to 220 in the past 6 months. But still good value
  13. On which vehicle will these tyres be fitted? What is the weight of 4/5 tyres?
  14. Yes, Hans Christian Anderson wrote fairy tales too. What a start to your AN career. I'd stay away if I were you.

  19. Why did you not buy one without any OS in the first place?
  20. I just completed this quiz. My Score 60/100 My Time 82 seconds
  21. There is more chance of moisture forming in the cool part of my kitchen than in the fridge. Especially in an unopened or airtight container.
  22. Windows needs less that 100GB of disk to operate with most programmes installed. So why would you use a 1TB as your C drive. Better to partition it into C = say 200GB, and a D for your data = 800GB. I actually moved my One Drive folder to be my D (data) drive, and it works perfectly. OK, the C partition will get more use, but so will the part dedicated to Windows on the full 1TB drive.
  23. I Googled it, and it is OK if the tea is in an unopened, sealed container, other wise moisture CAN form inside. the container. Never had any problems with that.
  24. Eh, please translate to English.
