    Mine also lasted over 11 years. The shock absorbers are available on Lazada for less than Bht 1000 for a set of 4. Now I have the same one GG is talking about. No problems. There is less 'strain' on the clothes than a side loader, and no pump is needed.

    That's really sad. I am sure they will find a way to get round it. Hey, Bht 10000 is only GBP 222. The UK Govt just took more than that away from many OAPs by scrapping the Winter Fuel Allowance.

    To be on the safe side, scan all the photos and send them via internet to who ever you think may want to look at them. You keep the originals until you go back to the Land of Song. But of course, 8kg is over your hand luggage limit.

    It will take longer time, hence more cost, to repair than replace. I doubt whether they can actually be repaired.

    Yes, there is one where you breathe in for 8 seconds, hold it for 4, then breathe out over 7 seconds. What a load of cobblers. Causes more stress counting the seconds!

    Why would you need an app. IN & OUT is the usual technique. A few minutes slow deep breathing after waking up seems to lower the initial BP reading down so I can show the Doctor on my app that I am still alive. 555
