  1. No, the smashed van has ended up in its correct lane suggesting that it stopped behind the dead animal, which was thrown forward. Right behind the front ambulance is a black vehicle with an undamaged front, so that cannot have been the tow truck which went into the back of the ambulance which is off the road. ???
  2. No, I reckon the van hit the buffalo and stopped dead, and it was the buffalo which came to rest further down the road. If the van had carried on, why is the ambulance next to the dead animal.
  3. On August 8, at approximately 16:25 , the Maha Sarakham Command Centre received a report of a traffic accident involving a van and a buffalo in front of Ban Sra Khaen Health Center, Rat Phatthana Subdistrict, Phayakkhaphum Phisai District, Maha Sarakham Province. The Phayakkhaphum Rescue Team responded to the scene and found three individuals with minor injuries, including abrasions. The rescue team provided first aid before transporting the injured to Phayakkhaphum Phisai Hospital. Then at around 16:45, another incident occurred at the same location, when a pickup truck collided with an ambulance that had its emergency lights on while parked to manage traffic following the first accident. The impact caused the ambulance to lose crash into a tow truck and subsequently landing in the median strip. This secondary accident resulted in one person sustaining minor injuries. Sorry, I misinterpreted the top photo incorrectly as it must have been taken from the position of the smashed van. The Silver minibus (van) driving on it's own side of the two lane road, hit poor buffalo. It is not shown in the top photo, but is in the second, and what a mess. THEN there was another ambulance, which assumed traffic management duties, but in front of that was a tow truck into which Ambulance No 2 collided and ran off the road. All the rescue vehicles were on the 'wrong side' of the road, with lights flashing. How did the pick-up truck hit them? Why did they not tear a few branches off nearby trees and put them either side of the accident? 555
  4. The story tells of a pickup which ran into an ambulance, which ended up in the centre after colliding with the back of a tow truck (black in the top picture). No mention of a silver minibus getting smashed. Unless of course, the story is mistakenly referring to the minibus as a pick-up. No mention of the ambulance at the front of the queue.
  5. You must already have 12 x 65k to re-new an Extension in Year 2. So I guess this means you APPLY for Year 2 three months before Year 1 expires. Is the date you APPLY or the date the Extension is GRANTED which matters.
  6. How come the second picture of the front of a silver minibus smashed in, is not in the first picture?
  7. Those who suggest 800/400/400 are WRONG, and may find out when trying to renew their Extension. Only way to be sure is to ask your nice I Officer.
  8. A PITA, but that's what the rules say. Ask your IO if they accept the Combination for year 2. At Phitsanulok I keep 400k in the bank and transfer 35k per month, totalling 820k = OK.
  9. Does the Bank method not require you to have 800/400/800 for 3/7/2 months to satisfy that year's requirement.
  10. So yes, at some point in Year One, you have got 800k in the bank to satisfy that Year's requirement, and you are sending 65k per month getting ready for Year Two.
  11. Please say this to all the other members who replied to my 65k question, thanks.
  12. Here in Phitsanulok, no forms necessary, they put your passport in their reader, out comes a printed sheet, which they tear in half, give you the top, and bin the bottom.
  13. Are there not óther methods' like via email.
  14. So in year ONE, you must have both 800k in the bank AND transfer 65k per month as an International Transfer. I guess that 3 months after being granted an Extension, you can take 400k away until 2 months before renewal. Who is confused by my question please?
  15. Not very simple and easy if you have been using miles all your motoring life. But let's end this thread here, OK? Have they found him or not?
  16. If you want to use the 65k per month method, when exactly should that start please?
  17. What about the 65k per month, or the Combination Method?
  18. Miles per litre, litres per 100 km/miles, all then converted to MPG. At least the computers in modern UK cars still give it in MPG if you set it up correctly. And the Odometers are still in Miles.
  19. How confusing for the poor motorists! You break down and call the AA who asks where you are. Oh, I am at motorway marker post no. 5 Where's that asks AA 3 miles from the junction 555 Glad to see that Google Maps etc are still in miles in UK.
  20. High Blood Pressure, Enlarged Prostate. Covered?
  21. I'm fit with the stuff, to ride in the rough, and Sunny Down snuff I'm alright.
  22. Do I really need to point out that the distance to motorway junctions is in miles, and to Give Way signs in Yards. And Speed Limits in MPH.
