Go into Control Panel, Network, Change Adapter Settings. Left click on your 3BB connection and make sure the Speed is set to 1.0 Gb/s. If not left click on Properties, Configure your Controller (usually Realtk PCI Family Contoller), Advanced, Speed & Duplex, and change Value to 1.0 Gbs Full Duplex. I just bought some CAT 8 cables from Lazada to make sure they were not any culprit, which they were not. CAT 6 is fine.

Yes of course. and with365 you, and 5 others, can have 1TB storage. Move all libraries from users to a separate D drive, nominate that whole drive as your One Drive folder. Done, easy and all your data is backed up automatically.
