  1. And THATS when the sky will fall.
  2. When I need cutting edge science explained Mr Bean is my go to man 👍🏼 🙄🙄
  3. Geez youre a wag... 555. We all know that even Somchai would get more panels than that on there...
  4. My post was in reference to fb’s lack of action to protect their customers. As to your post, toerags abound.
  5. He’s right about nothing son. One guy voiced an opinion backed by nothing and another gave a detailed analysis that corrected said opinions with detailed costings. Nothing wrong with opinions but if you’re talking to experts you should be asking more than stating… and most of the guys stating in here know very little about the topic at hand.
  6. So you concede he’s right and you’re wrong… 🙄 🤣🤣
  7. Do you have a citation for that…? 😎
  8. No we don’t… 😎
  9. Quite a fearsome monster indeed ! Hide your beer !! 🤣 But those tanks are only 200-300 liters ? I thought the water was for irrigation, not your morning rosie… 😎
  10. Two hands on the grinder and covered footwear please Mr Owl ! Im sorry but I don’t understand what the small elevated tanks are for ?
  11. Sorry my bad, I thought you were dim of wit and was trying to help you, now though I can see that you are completely on top of the situation and it’s everyone else who’s stupid. As you were sir 👍🏼
  12. Lucky for us you’ve got our back Q 👍🏼 🙄
  13. It’s got nothing to do with Thailand it’s the fb world. I received a friend request from a fb friend 2 days after he died… I reported but they didn’t shut the profile down. I also received one from my aunt, which they also haven’t taken down. The fb reporting system is a quagmire of bureaucracy. As to your friend, just don’t pay until the item is inspected… convenient ? No. Is it more convenient than losing your money… yes.
  14. The point is, respectfully… you have a very limited understanding of the systems, costings and capabilities yet you are telling people who are highly experienced with these systems that they are wrong.
  15. I lifted this graphic of 2023 ev sales off an Australian stalkbook site:
  16. Gal pipes are notorious for that, it’s not unusual to cut a 20mm gal pipe to find a 10mm or less void for the water to flow..
  17. Must be fake news. Many of our good friends in this place have told us that ev just don’t work, let alone when it’s chilly… 🤦🏼‍♂️
  18. Looks like you're about to lose your view ?
  19. Future resale value is an unknown for anything. Maybe your perception of the future resale of ev’s is colored by listening to people such as yourself who seek to highlight every negative they can dream up about ev…? And maybe that irrational commentary becomes a feedback loop. Maybe big petrol have their arm in your back and you think your talking but it sounds like ventriloquism to the rest of us.
  20. Plastic bottles in Thailand just aren’t the same… 😎
  21. Congrats on the house, sorry to hear of the curveballs. cheers
  22. In the article they said it was a “Freshwater crocodile” which mostly are not considered capable of taking an adult human. However the Crocodylus Porosis is native from northern Australia up to Sri Lanka, lives in fresh or salt water and is not to be taken lightly. Alligators are lap dogs by comparison.
  23. Their teeth are sharp from day 1. Up to about 2.5m they can do serious damage but rarely cause adult death. Above 2.5 they increasingly win, they are regularly around the 5.5m mark in northern Australia and are immense at the size.
  24. I usually search for the worst assembled, lowest spec car I can find and if it costs more than its competitors that’s just a bonus 🤦🏼‍♂️
