I dont know for sure but if you drive to the kids water park you have to go right inside there is some fancy office block there which would be right behind that project, the water park is all Russian and a load of villas there, there is a infant/junior school and a language school, I took my little grand daughter there one day and it was all quiet at first until they let the kids out for diner time my grand daughter couldn't play no more it was all Russian kids and there is a restaurant down there where it seems like all the school kids get their diner

it's already happening recently a couple of new app's have started, they are Russians

most tourist dont even know they are Russians

I suspect the Russians have something to do with the new project just coming up out of the ground in Rawai they flattened half the property along the beach front, looks like a huge project for Rawai,

I would say something around that size is livable we own one is 60 sqm here in Phuket

You might find places on airbnb will not have their calendars open that far in advance, I would say you need bigger than that for 2 months and to cook, it might have basic stuff as I said make sure you look at the amenities some very basic,

Now that would be a good move for the next none corrupt government, to build public pools in many villages or contact any hotels with pools that could be made available a couple of times a week for school kids, I have stayed in a few hotels up in the north and never seen anyone using the pools, maybe the poo yai baan could pay the cost for the use, I know they would have to have capable pool attendants and life saving skills,

If you look on airbnb you could get some good discounts staying for a month at a time, also with airbnb they only charge you for the month not the full 2 months, you pay by the month if that makes sense and no deposit required although some owners might be asking for 5000 to 10,000 baht on arrival just make sure you read the house rules, could be electric and water extra. Other than that look on Agoda you could get a deal in a hotel or condo/hotel this time of the year,

Plenty here in Phuket, especially around Rawai there is a whole community of them, it;s like little Moscow

all it will do is to push up the cost rental property again, local restaurants wont be complaining

You would be amazed at some of the salaries in sales and marketing one guy I know who is head of marketing for a international company drives around in a brand new Merc, he is currently in France, a couple girls i know are make up artist who get employed the fashion magazines and the fashion shows around the world,
