    the immigration are right on it even in the UK, my daughter owns 4 kebab and pizza take aways she got raided the other week by about 12 immigration officers, everyone was legal but you dont need the grief,

    I always make sure I reply back to any revenge reviews as for smoking in the rooms I tell them when they arrive and point them to a smoking area, If you are talking about Airbnb guest you can appeal to have that review removed, I also remind guest about the law sometimes "Smoke Free Building" it's worked so far

    Some guest are just out right liars it's well known tactic to get refunds especially on Airbnb and also if you can prove the review is a pack of lies you can appeal to get it removed.
