I believe if your state pension is less than a certain amount you may be entitled to "pension credit" But I know absolutely nothing about it. There was an advert I saw on the TV a few months ago when I was in the UK, I think they said it could be worth up to £3500 per year . Might be worth checking it out

There's more to this guy than meets the eye in my opinion, Launching his U tube channel in Thailand was actually a stroke of genius. I have met a few of these Mormon missionaries and they all seem to speak pretty good Thai but this guy seems to have a clear understanding of the mind set and sense of humour of an entire generation of the population and is clearly capitalising on it

Me too, but from what I have seen of his "productions" they are very similar to much of the inanity spewed out on Thai Tv.

Well i must admit your question did get me a bit curious so I just did a quick bit of research amongst a few of the family members who have turned up for songkran. according to them there are situations where it would be frowned upon but this is not one of them, I guess the advice given out in tour guides like the "Lonely Planet" etc tends to err on the side of caution

any pipe from the compressor would not produce much if any water, The water is produced in the evaporator (the component that is situated mounted indoors often wall mounted) The water is produced as condensation when the warm air comes into contact with the cooling coils as the cooler air cannot hold as much moisture as warm air, the same as the windows misting up when you take a hot bath or shower. If the drainpipe was blocked you would eventually either notice water running down the wall inside from the evaporator or maybe even spitting out of the cool air outlet if it came into contact with the fan
