One thing not mentioned is where the tourist is allowed to wander. I'm a big fan of Chin State and have visited 3 times but highly likely off limits at present due to junta exploits.

You are travelling by car and the market is only 10 minutes off highway 4 just before you reach Prachuap so it won't take much to check if others don't confirm either way.
