Sworn statements by themselves mean nothing because the first amendment protects us from lying. Somebody must be injured because of your sworn statements. And who is injured when I lie and get sworn false income statements? Except the Thai government, no one is injured. Yes, the Thai government can sue me in a US court. Good luck with that.

I have strict protocol with my four doxies that they must stay naked or in completely transparent nightgowns when I am with them in my condo because a woman's body is a work of art. One night, one of them went to the balcony naked by mistake, and somebody yelled out at her from outside my condo boundaries while driving his motorcycle. I'm glad that he did not had an accident.

Pattaya restaurant owner criticised for beating her employees
CartagenaWarlock replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
But people love this society to travel thousands of miles, live like refugees (year-to-year contract), and marry women of this society for a decent life because their own society can't provide them with a decent life or women of their own culture. Maybe, if Thai society is not far behind, their lives will be doomed. -
Random western guys on YouTube are advocating for Western losers to come to Thailand and start hawking on the street because, unlike in western countries, they don't need a license in Thailand. If you watch YouTube, you will find random western guys who have gone berserk after discovering Thailand because, apparently, you could rent a room for 5000 baht and get a meal for 50 baht. And they are very nearby. You can step out of your 5,000-baht room and start eating a 50-baht meal without any means of transportation. They had discovered a gold deposit. In my wildest dream, I never saw so many desperate western losers. From the comments in those videos, you would think that the West is in decline and the youths are running away to low-cost countries in Asia

New tax laws

Not true. I have worked outside the US, paid taxes to the country of residence, and then claimed the money from my US tax obligation. You have to report to the US IRS your worldwide income. -
The only insurance for renting a car is Type 120
CartagenaWarlock replied to george's topic in General Topics
That's the reason I always rent from AVIS, hoping that they have the correct insurance. My car was once stolen from Bangna Mega Mall, and I handed over the key to AVIS and walked away to let them deal with the police. -
It happened many times to me. Thais never beat up if you just say sorry, "Lum." smile and pay immediately. I found Thais to be very polite and never raise their voice. Even the police were polite and spoke softly. I was even arrested for smoking ice, They took me to the police station and for three hours talked to me about why I should not smoke ice but drink and have sex with ladies as much as I could. Of course, eventually they took 10K from me. They wanted me to rat the person who sold me ice, but I also stood my ground firm, denying I knew the person and that it was a lady in Nana and she offered me ice for enhanced sex. Of course, I bought the staff from an African guy in Sukuhmvit and I even knew his place in Udomsuk.

Why not put in VOO and earn 20%. I sold all my real estate holdings in the US and put the money in VOO. More returns, no headache of renting, peace of mind, let the world's best business minds earn money for you. I realized the real estate is for generational wealth building, and since I don't have anyone to bequeath (except a daughter in Thailand) in the US, I am content with my decision.

My Yamaha Nouvo is reaching its end of life (not registered since 2019), but I only drive in Jomtien back alleys now. I'm looking for a new scooter, and the GTX drone/Yamaha Aerox have similar styles and looks. I will only drive inside Pattaya (not on the dark side or Sukhumvit road). Is it a good scooter compared to the Honda Click (very popular in Thailand)? What would you recommend? Yamaha Aerox, GTS drone, or a traditional looking scooter like the Honda Click?

Thai millionaire loses over 63 million baht to romance scammers
CartagenaWarlock replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
It is hard to believe that a person with 2 million USD will lose everything for a romance scam. -
Re-Entry Permit Warning

If one understands what a re-entry permit is, there won't be any confusion at all. -

In the US, they have options for ACH or Debit card. Debit cards also have limits. For the ACH option, the bank account is verified by either two microdeposits or a direct connection. If the ACH option is set up using microdeposits, it may take up to a week to get the money. With a direct connection, it is instantaneous. -

What's the Thai immigration number to report illegal business and work? I have seen an uptick in businesses and work by foreigners in Thailand, and they post on many social media sites. I'm guessing it's 80/20, using the universal 80/20 rule. Yes, some may have a work permit through their Thai spouse. Also, I see an explosion of social media videos inviting westerners to come to Thailand to start a business because vendors in Thailand don't need a license to start selling as vendors, unlike in the West. These video posters have stepped up their activities from touting 5000-baht rooms and 50-baht meals to starting businesses as vendors in Thailand. I am thinking of tasking my concubines to scour English language social media and report any suspected businesses (like taxi services, tour guides, salons, selling foods on the streets, and other possibly illegal stuff) by Westerners and Indians who watch these English-language videos.
