Not really a trick, we were waiting in the platform, she was talking on her mobile with a lot of hands animation.

My friends have his mobile in the backpack, and I was talking to him, she just took it.

The police in Siam could not do a report for the court and they took us to the main police station for report.

My experiences of the past two days (supposedly tonight will be the same):

-On both nights, Ratchadamnoen and Ratchadamnoen Nok were closed at 6PM until midnight. Ratchadamnoen was closed from the entrance to the Ratanakosin Hotel (near Sanam Luang) to Phan Fa Lilat (where Ratchadamnoen meets Ratchadamnoen Nok), and Ratchadamnoen Nok was closed from there to the government house.

-On Thursday night, we parked near Khao San, and left for home at 10PM. We went to Rama Viii bridge (doing an illegal U-turn like everyone else), and had no problem crossing it to Pinklao (westbound lanes). I can't remember if the eastbound lanes were open.

-Last night, I didn't bring a vehicle, and was planning to take the express boat from Phra Athit to Pinklao pier. I forgot that the boat service ends at 7:30, so I had to walk over the bridge (it was 9PM). Phra Pinklao bridge seemed to be open to all traffic going both ways, but only towards Sanam Luang.

Tonight will be crazy I think, so I won't bother going again, and will just take pictures of the fireworks from my condo (fireworks start at 8PM from what I've heard).

I load Opera 9.61 version into the notebook at last.

To achieve that i need to run the program Opera into my desktop (XP window) use a independent folder

Copy / past the folder into a thumb

Copy / past the folder into the notebook

Short cut the opera icon into my tool bar

It is working 80%, i try to do the same with the 10 version without success

Not the best solution but keeps me away of the Firefox.

I do not see how i can run a program without the extension .htm

I keep my eyes on the problem

I ring the French consulate in Sydney and i could not get extra pages / a passport with 64 pages and i need to fly from Melbourne to Sydney to get it with the E passport system they have!

And will i was in France i could not get a new French passport because i was not living there permanently.

Will a Windows 7 Pro resolve the problem? Desperate to go back to Opera (I do not like firefox)

Gary, my notebook came with windows 7 home, perhaps HP and microsoft decide to put in it a nanny program who stop me to load it (opera) i really like this browser.

perhaps you have the windows 7 pro, and that make a difference.

need to wait and see , hopefully will get back to opera, i think it is bit more clean and stylist for me.

I download version 10 series (three different versions)

Done the install from a external drive or thumb

Open new folder in programs file & try as well in a different folder

Turn off antivirus & firewall

Change the attribute to run windows XP + run this program as administrator

The install cannot be made, I get this window & it roll back.

I clear all trace from my previous Opera 9, read some info about it, try to change some attribute in system file and Clients.

No result Opera cannot be install on my windows 7 notebook, I have it on my desktop

Is there the BBC entertainment channel in platinum ?
