  1. Oh but it is classed as an emergency condition. Another person talkin out his *****.
  2. What a load of tosh. Fly into the UK, UK citizen or not, and go to your nearest hospital emergency department and you will be treated free of charge. Them's the rules.
  3. Buriram IO doing online applications. Did mine recently. Not a problem. All done and dusted within 24 hours of applying.
  4. Thanks for the info. Gomorrah is so good I'm prepared to accept the delay.
  5. Done passport stamp transferal twice over the years. 1st time Korat and 2nd in Buriram. Never asked for bank statement either time. Some offices will try and screw you for 4-500 Baht to do the transfer such as Buriram. Just tell them there is no charge and you're not paying.
  6. Not just Thai and not just women. What causes dark skin on cheeks?
  7. Cuz his next accident could cause the death of some poor innocent person.
  8. When I had an accident the police were going to fine the motorcyclist 400 Baht but decided that cuz he was poor they didn't. I had to claim off of my insurers. Just a word of warning. If the changing of fluids ie oils have to be renewed for a repair they are not covered by your 1st class insurance. My Toyota dealer who did my repair wouldn't release my repaired car until I paid.
  9. Best copy of Ray Ban ever made. https://www.lazada.co.th/catalog/?_keyori=ss&from=input&page=1&q=jiggy babe&sort=priceasc&spm=a2o4m.searchlist.search.go.631eb37cMtJHcW
  10. In Thailand you are allowed to overtake on the left if the vehicle in the right hand lane is doing a U-Turn and is indicating to do so.
  11. The police are well paid if they did/do their jobs. The police receive 95% of any fine that they issue. The remaining 5% goes to the Department of Land Transport. The 95% received by the police is pooled with other officers that work back at the station. But being lazy barstools it pays them to take a bribe and split it with no one.
  12. Didn't do anything for me. I was expecting something to happen but it didn't.
  13. If you are saying THC is not legally available in Thailand then I have to disagree. You can get it on prescription from a government hospital. I did.
  14. I live about the same distance from Bkk as you do. Just do as I told you in post dated Oct 16 and save yourself some money.
  15. I know we're talking 'Australia' but I don't see the legal side of Oz much different to the UKs. And for the UK they accept the difficulties in providing the correct information, logistically and personally due to living in Thailand. So I just get a local policeman friend to write down job title, rank , police number and then stamp it with his station stamp. Never a problem. Give it a go. Cost 2 beers I did a similar thing for my 3 children's UK passport. For them I just got a farang friend to sign the applications form and job done.
  16. Chew it raw that's how men do it. My missus makes it as tea now and again. It has a very bitter taste and you have to be a bit of a Bear Grylls to consume it. But once you get used to it.....................................
