If you have access to a computer with a CD/DVD drive you should be able to just copy all the files on the CD, including any hidden files, to a folder on a USB flash drive. Then move that folder to the computer where you want to install the program and run the installer exe.

I'm certain that's not the case. When I registered there were dozens of slots open at different times. But the fact you show a 3 also and you're in the 1400-1500 time slot eliminates my earlier guess that the number may indicate the time slot chosen. Maybe group priority ranking? You have it backwards, those numbers started at 50 or 75 depending on time slot and then as people registered the number went down. I had checked back a few times wondering how quickly the slots for jabs would be taken. It sounds like the money was not in the business account and he mentions the other accounts to show he had trust in her and didn't expect she would help herself to the death account money. If it is just a private account he gave her access to without any legal agreement it was hers to do with as she wanted. Sleazy for sure but it doesn't sound like it would ever get prosecuted in a court. I highly doubt she admits to theft in emails. She may be admitting to helping herself to the money but doubtful she would say she stole it.

They confirmed what you stated that they will send an email when the Pfizer jab becomes available, they will not send an email for an Aug 21 jab of AZ if Pfizer was selected. Pfizer is now scheduled to be available for Sept 12 but I have no idea if I'm even on that list. Since I never received an email confirmation for Aug 21 I'm left to assume I am.
